6.00 The invention relates to heat exchangers used in the chemical industry in processes associated with intensive heat and mass transfer. The purpose of the invention is to intensify heat and mass transfer and reduce the formation of polymer deposits in pipes during processing of products. comrades containing polymers. FIG. 1 shows the proposed vertical shell-and-tube heat exchanger; in fig. 2 shows a section A-gA in FIG. one; in fig. 3 shows a section BB in FIG. 1. A vertical shell-and-tube heat exchanger comprises a housing 1 in which a bundle of tubes with peripheral 3 and central 4 sections housed in a tubular 2 is placed. Hollow prisms 5 are fixed on tube plates 2 in the zone of the central section 4 from the side opposite to the annular space. Under the lower prism 5 COOCHQ there is a divider 6 in the form of two pyramids connected by bases, along the edges of which are longitudinal protrusions 7. On the body 1, there are nozzles 8 and 9 for the supply of piping and tube-to-pipe spaces, as well as pads 10 and 11 for withdrawing the medium of the tubular space and nozzle 12 for withdrawing the pipes of the intermembrane space. The vertical shell-and-tube heat exchanger operates as follows. The processed fluid, mixed in gas inlet 8, enters the housing 1 under the divider 6, which directs the gas-liquid mixture to the peripheral section 3 of the tube bundle, fortified. in tube plate 2. When a gas-liquid mixture passes through the pipes, it is heated upwards from bottom to top with coolant j circulating in the annular space, an intensive mass exchange between liquid and gas, and saturation of the gas phase with volatile substances removed from the treated liquid. The gas-liquid mixture leaving the tubes of the peripheral section 3 is divided into phases. The gas phase is withdrawn through the pipe 10, part of the liquid released from the gas phase is discharged through pipe 11, and the other part of the liquid through the upper hollow prism 5 rushes down through the pipes of the central section 4. At the outlet of the pipes of the central section 4. through the lower hollow prism 5 and with the help of the dissector 6, it is thrown under the pipes of the peripheral section 3, where it is mixed with the upward flow of the gas-liquid mixture. When passing through the pipes of the central section, the liquid is heated. At the moment of its mixing with the gas-liquid mixture, volatiles are released from the treated liquid, which allows reducing the density of the gas-liquid mixture and improving circulation through the heat exchanger. The presence of protrusions 7 on the divider 6 contributes to the uniform distribution of the gas-liquid mixture through the pipes of the peripheral section 3, as well as the liquid over the surface of the divider 6. The highest efficiency of the heat exchanger corresponds to the position of the divider 6j when the cross section of the prism 5 is equal to the cross-sectional area between the prism 5 and divider 6.
