Abstract

СПОСОБ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ АСЕПТИЧЕСКОГО НЕКРОЗА ГОЛОВКИ БЕДРЕННОЙ КОСТИ У ДЕТЕЙ путем снижени  нагрузки на тазобедренный сустав , лечебной гимнастики и массажа, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью сокращени  сроков лечени , на область кожной проекции тазобедренного сустава действуют лучом лазера с длиной волны 632,8 нм при плотности мощности 50- 100 мВт/см в течение 4-6 мин ежедневно до восстановлени  костной структуры .A METHOD FOR TREATING ASEPTIC NECROSIS OF THE FEMINAL HEAD IN CHILDREN by reducing the load on the hip joint, therapeutic exercises and massage, characterized in that a laser beam with a wavelength of 632.88 mm is used to shorten the treatment time on the skin projection of the hip joint power 50-100 mW / cm for 4-6 min daily until the bone structure is restored.

Description

оabout

O) The invention relates to medicine and is intended for the treatment of aseptic necrosis of the femoral head in children by means of physiotherapy. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the duration of treatment. The method is carried out as follows. A patient with a second degree of necrosis of the head is directed to a region of the skin projection of the hip joint with a beam of laser light of 5-6 mm in diameter and a wavelength of 632.8 km with a power density of 50-100 mW / cm. The irradiation is carried out for 4-6 minutes, after which the beam is moved to the next, previously un-irradiated field. The total irradiation time in one session should not exceed 4-6 minutes (two to three floors are irradiated) daily. The course of treatment consists of 15 procedures, the courses are repeated at intervals of one month. The period of restoration of the bone structure of the femoral head when treated with laser light is 12 months at the II degree, at the III degree - 13 months, with the 1 degree - 9 months.
