The purpose of the invention is to reduce the duration of treatment. After reposition of bone fragments in the first 3-7 days after injury, the articular surfaces are exposed to ultrasound in a pulsed mode by a labile procedure. The course of treatment is 10-12 procedures. In this case, the first three procedures have a duration of 6 minutes, a pulse duration of 2 m / s. The following three procedures were performed for 6 minutes, the pulse duration was 4 m / s, the remaining procedures — 10 minutes each — the pulse duration was the same. 2 tab.

This invention relates to medicine, in particular to physiotherapy in traumatology and orthopedics.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the duration of treatment due to the fact that exposure to ultrasound is carried out on the 3rd-7th day after injury.
The method is carried out as follows.
After reposition of the bone fragments in a conservative or operative way, which is achieved in the first 3-7 days after injury, the articular surfaces are exposed to ultrasound in a pulsed mode using a labile technique with a floor size of 2 to 200 cm, depending on the size of the joint. The contact medium for ultrasound therapy is petroleum jelly. When exposed, ultrasound with a power of 0.4-0.5 W, an intensity of 0.05-0.4 W / cm, a pulse duration of 2–4 m / s, a duty cycle of 10.5 for 6–10 min, 10–12 procedures is used. for a course of treatment. At the same time, the first three procedures have a duration in minutes, a pulse duration of 2 m / s, the following three procedures, also for 6 minutes each, a pulse duration of 4 m / s, the remaining procedures for 10 minutes,
Example 1. Ill, 34 years old, was admitted on the first day after injury. Diagnosis: closed fracture of both ankles and posterior edge of the left tibial bone with displacement of fragments and subluxation of the foot outwards. Objective: marked deformity of the first ankle joint with subluxation of the foot outwards. Severe puffiness in this area. The palpation of the injury site is sharply painful. Left function
On the day of admission, the patient was operated on, performed open reposition and metal osteosynthesis of both ankles and the posterior edge of the tibia. Immobilization of the limbs carried out a gypsum shell.
After removal of the operating sciovas (on the 7th day after the operation), they were treated by ultrasound using a labile technique in a pulsed mode.
Goleno After ultrasound treatment, the patient had no complaints. Edema in the ankle area was not. Active movement in the ankle joint restored in full. Applied therapeutic exercises and massage. Three weeks after the operation, an endosteal corn-formation was observed on the roentgenogram. The patient was discharged for outpatient treatment without immobilization.
Load on the operated limb is forbidden. The duration of hospital stay is 25 bed-days.

Diagnosis: closed fracture of the left patella with a breakage of fragments. Objectively: the left knee joint is enlarged. Palpatsi perfoot is painful. The function of the joint is limited.
После сн ти операционных швов (на седьмые сутки) провод т лечение ультразвуком лабильной методикой в импульсном режиме .On the fourth day after admission the patient was operated on, an open reposition of the fragments was performed and the patella was crushed with a dacron thread. Immobilization of finiteness was performed with a posterior plaster bed. After removal of the surgical sutures (on the seventh day), ultrasound treatment is carried out using a labile technique in a pulsed mode.
After sonication, the contours of the knee joint were clear, there was no effusion in the joint. The amplitude of active movements is 90 °. Complaints the patient did not claim l. Two weeks after the operation, the initial signs of endosteal corn formation were radiologically marked. The patient stay in the hospital was 32 bed days.
2Further restorative treatment was carried out on an outpatient basis. Three months after the injury was restored Table 2
