,The invention relates to medicine, namely to the low-temperature preservation of human erythrocytes, and may be used at blood transfusion stations and blood banks. ,

The purpose of the invention is to reduce the hemolysis of erythrocytes during the thawing process.

Example. Erythrocytes preserved in a JQ aluminum corrugated container of the TsNIIGPK construction (14-100-300 mm) in a volume of 250 ml under the protection of 30% glycerol and 35% of 1,2-propane diode from liquid nitrogen were transferred to a foam case with a wall thickness of 40 mm and a gap between the walls of the cover and the container were 2 mm and kept there for 16 minutes until the temperature reached - (4.8 ° C / min.). Then the container was transferred to water with a temperature of +45 ° C and held there for 75 seconds (100 C / min) until complete thawing of the material.

286 Red blood cell integrity was determined by the level of hemolysis in thawed red blood cells. Hemolysis was: when preserved with glycerol, 352 mg%, with 1,2-propanediol, 174 mg%. For controlling in parallel, a one-stage erythrocyte defrosting was performed by immersing the containers in a temperature water bath. At the same time, hemolysis was as follows: when conserved with glycerol, 631 mg%, p 1,2-propanediol 286
