1 The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, more precisely to equipment for dressing saw blades, and can be used in the metal or mechanical engineering industry. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of editing of the saw blades and increase the productivity of the editing process by reducing the time to replace the blade. FIG. 1 shows a device for mounting a disk on a proper machine; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. -one; on .fig. 3 - section BB. in fig. 1. Device to mount the disc on. the correct machine consists of a shaft 1, fixedly fixed, .o, with the help of a rack 2 on the support of the correct machine. A faceplate 4 and 5 are rigidly connected to the shaft, made as segments with a height that extends to its radius. Between the plates 4 and 5 there is a central washer 6 mounted with a bearing 7 on the shaft 1. Between the plates 4 and 5 and the washer 7 2-3 mm clearance is made. The outer faceplate 5 is made of composite and has a peripheral removable ring 8, which is connected to the faceplate with the help of a lock made in the form of a dovetail. On the removable part there are two handles 9 and a stopper 10, which prevents arbitrary rotation of the removable ring. A disk 11 is mounted on the central one; it is picked in rollers 6. The device operates as follows. When the saw blade is removed after straightening, the stopper 10 is removed, protecting the peripheral removable ring 8 from turning relative to the stationary outer faceplate 5. Then using the knob 9 the removable ring is rotated. at any angle to the corona at an angle of 120 and removed from the connection with the faceplate 5. The disk 11 is removed by a crane from the central washer 6 and a new disk is placed on the seat, subject to alignment. The drive is fixed in reverse order. Then the rollers 12 are pressed against the disk 11, and due to the friction forces arising between the rollers and the disk, it begins to rotate together with the central washer 6 by means of the bearing 7 relative to the fixed shaft 1. The rotation of the central washer 6 occurs independently of the fixed face plates 4 and 5, how they are installed with a gap. There is no slipping between the central washer and the disk freely sitting on it, since the rollers pressed to the disk in the radial direction create a radial force acting on the disk, and hence the friction forces at the point of contact of the disk with the central washer, which ensures their joint rotation. During operation, the rollers come close to the seat of the disk or, if the thickness of the disk and the central washer are equal, they may partially enter the central washer.
