Устройство дл отделени плодов от ботвы овощных культур содержит цепной редкопрутковый транспортер 1 расположенный над ним ботвоприжимной ленточный транспортер 2, а под цепным редкопрутковым транспортером плодоотделитель , выполненный в виде бесконечного ремн 3 с пазом дл направл ющей 4, котора прикреплена к раме машины (не показана). Верхн ветвь ремн 3 движетс поперек редкопруткового транспортера, огдел плоды от ботвы. Назначение цепного редкопруткового транспортера 1 и ленточного транс портера 2 - подавать растени огурцов с провисшими между прутками плодами к бесконечному ремню 3 плодоотделител , который расположен поперек цепного редкопрутковрго транспортера 1 под его верхней ветвью с некоторым зазором. Кроме того, лент точный транспортер 2 ремнем 3 плодоотделител удерживает стебли растений на прутках цепного транспортера 1 в момент отрыва плодов. Верхн ветвь ремн 3 плодоотделител вместе с при крепленной к pabie машины направл ющей 4, по которой она движетс , вл етс очесьшающим элементом. Направл юща 4 служит также опорой дл верхней ветви ремн 3 плодоотделите л . Движение ремню 3 передаетс от ведущего шкива 5 механизма привода. а шкив 6 вл етс нат жным. Движение ремн 3 способствует выносу нависших на нем растений из зоны плодоотделени на поле. Дл надежной транспортировки нависших растений внешн поверхность ремн 3 делаетс рифленой. Над ремнем 3 плодоотделител (на выходе из-под цепного редкопруткового транспортера 1) установлен битер 7, который способствует сбросу нависших растений на поле. Скатна доска 8, служаща дл подачи плодов на выгрузной транспортер 9, может быть прикреплена к раме машины или к направл ющей 4 и проходит между верхней и нижней ветв ми ремн 3 плодоотделител под наклоном, защища нижнюю ветвь от попадани на нее стеблей огурцов и сорных растений. Устройство работает следующим образом . Масса растений огурцов с плодами подаетс на цепной редкопрутко- . вый «транспортер 1. Затем стебли и листь защемл ютс ленточным транспортером 2, а плоды, провисшие между прутками транспортера 1, отдел ютс от стеблей верхней очесывающей ветвью бесконечного ремн 3, установленного под цепным редкопрутковым транспортером 1 поперек него. Верхн очесывающа ветвь бесконечного ремн плодоотделител движетс по прикрепленной к раме машины направл ющей 4 и выносит за пределы зоны плодоотдёлени нависшие на ней стебли растений и при помощи битера 7 сбрасывает их на поле. Плоды огурцов по скатной доске 8 поступают на выгрузной транспортер 9. Основна масса растений после отделени плодов выбрасываетс цепным редкопрутковым транспортером 1 на землю огуречно-уборочной машины.The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to machines for harvesting cucumbers.
