Устройство состоит из двух дисков / и 2, вращающихс  в противоположные стороны в поле посто нного магнита 3. Один диск приводитс  во вращение от вала 4 синхронного двигател , питающегос  от той же сети переменного тока, что и испытываемый двигатель.
