С учетом запаса прочности, равного 1,3, рессора была заменена, что практически позволило предотвратить аварию автомобил .C The invention relates to the study of the strength of the properties of materials, in particular, to methods for predicting the durability of structural elements. The method is carried out as follows. In a dangerous section of a structural element, several samples of witnesses are fixed so that their stress state is identical to the stress state of the structure in a dangerous section. Witness samples are made from materials with different durability characteristics. The durability of some specimens is less than the duration of operation of the structural element. The durability of other witness samples is of the same order of magnitude as the duration of operation of the structural member. The durability of the remaining witness samples exceeds the duration of operation of the structural element. During the operation of the structural element, the moments of destruction of the witness specimens are recorded, and by the time until their destruction, the durability of the structural element is judged. At first, specimen testers are destroyed, the durability of which is much less than the duration of operation of the structural element. Since the operation of the structural element does not register the number of loading cycles, the prediction of the durability of the structural element is carried out according to the difference between the duration of the planned operation of the structural element and the greatest durability of destroyed witness samples. With the destruction of witness samples, the durability of which is of the same order as the duration of the planned operation of the structural member, the predicted durability of the structural member is specified. PRI im p Prediction of the durability of a spring made of steel 50HG for a truck is carried out with the help of witness samples from the steel of the stocks STU, St25, St35, StbO, which hold the working voltage for 1-14 10, respectively; 1,15-10-, 2-10 cycles of destruction. The planned duration of the spring of the loading cycles. After the specimen-witness of StbO steel, was destroyed, the prediction showed that the durability of the spring was residual (S-2-10). 1 10. Practically for the operating conditions of the spring is 30% of the resource. Taking into account the safety factor of 1.3, the spring was replaced, which practically prevented a car crash.
