Description
о to . Врем анализа 50 мин.about to. The invention relates to the field of analytical chemistry, in particular to methods for the determination of organophosphorus compounds in reservoir and freshwater, which are used as inhibitors of salt deposition. and the formation of a more SUSTAINABLE complex. Example. In a 250 ml conical flask, place the sample to be analyzed in an amount of not more than 100 ml, throw 5-10 glass beads, add 1.0 ml of concentrated hydrochloric acid solution and place on a hot stove, heat for 5 minutes and add 7 ml 10% aqueous solution of chloramine B and boiled for 10 minutes. Total boiling time 15 min. The volume of the solution is reduced to 40-50 ppm. The sample is cooled to 30-40 seconds and transferred to a 100 ml volumetric flask. 2.0 ml of a 5% aqueous solution of ascorbic acid, 5.0 ml of a solution of ammonium molybdate are added and mixed. Bring the volume of the sample to the mark with a distant water, mix again. After 10 mcn, the optical density of the sample was measured on a spectrophotometer (7 680, cuvette with a layer thickness of 10 mm) with a reference to 22 samples not containing an organophosphorus compound. The content of the organophosphorus compound in the sample to be analyzed is determined by a calibration curve. The content of the inhibitor in the sample should not exceed 0.2 mg. If the inhibitor content in the sample exceeds 0.2 mg, take a smaller amount of the sample for analysis and bring the total volume to 100 ml with distilled water. The results of determining the content of nitrilotrimethylphosphonic acid (NTF) in water are given in the table. For samples analyzed by the proposed method, the presence of iron ions up to .150 mg / l does not affect the determination of the content of organophosphorus compounds from 0.5 mg / l. Analysis error no more than ± 10%. The analysis lasts 15 min. . The solutions, analyzed in a known manner, were turbid, painted in a dirty dark gray-green-yellow color with a precipitate or with traces of sediment. Iron ions in this case interfere with the analysis. Thus, the limestone method for the determination of organophosphorus compounds in the range of 0.5-2.0 mg / l interferes with the presence of iron ions of 10 mg or more. Error.analysis 40-100%. Analysis time 50 min.
