Description
Изобретение относитс к переработке сыпучих полимерных материалов, в частности касаетс конструкции загрузочной части черв чных экструдеров-смесителей дл смешивани и переработки двух и более компонентов , один из которых находитс в виде сыпучего материала, например порошка, а другой в жидком состо нии. Издели ,из полимеров производитс путем- , переработки их в экструдерах, исходным сырьем вл етс гранул т или порошок . При этом во многих технологических процессах одновременно с загрузкой сыпучего материала в экструдер ввод тс жидкие добавки, например, красители, вспениватели , отвердители и т. д. Цель изобретени - повышение производительности и качества смешени за счет интенсификации процесса смешени и ликвидации комковани компонентов. На фиг. 1 изображен экструдер-смеситель обший вид; на фиг. 2 - попарное расположение перфорированных цилиндров в межвитковом пространстве черв ка. Экструдер-смеситель содержит гильзу 1, размещенный в ней приводной черв к 2, бункер 3 дл загрузки сыпучего компонента и приспособление дл подачи жидкого компонента, выполненное в виде трубок 4, сообш,енных с источником жидкого компонента . В межвитковом пространстве черв ка 2 попарно расположены дисперирующие насадки, выполненные в виде полых перфорированных цилиндров 5, сообщенных с трубками 4 дл подачи жидкого компонента . Экструдер-смеситель работает следующим образом. Черв к 2 забирает сыпучий компонент из бункера 3 и транспортирует его вдоль гильзы I. Одновременно жидкий компонент по трубкам 4 поступает под давлением в полые перфорированные цилиндры 5 и далее через перфорацию в межвитковое пространство черв ка 1, где выход ща под давлением из цилиндров 5 жидкость пропитывает сыпучий компонент. При этом, как сами цилиндры 5, так и выход ща из них жидкость, подаваема под давлением, в толщину сло сыпучего компонента, разрыхл ют сыпучий компонент , не допуска комковани , и интенсифицируют процесс смешени . Попарное размещение цилиндров 5 в межвитковом пространстве черв ка 2 обеспечивает направленное навстречу друг другу движение струй жидкости, между которыми разбиваютс комочки порощкообразного компонента .The invention relates to the processing of bulk polymeric materials, in particular, to the design of the loading part of screw extruders-mixers for mixing and processing two or more components, one of which is in the form of a bulk material, such as powder, and the other in a liquid state. FIG. 1 shows an extruder / mixer; in fig. 2 - pairwise arrangement of perforated cylinders in the inter-turn space of the screw. The blender extruder contains a sleeve 1, a drive worm to 2 located therein, a hopper 3 for loading a bulk component and a device for feeding a liquid component made in the form of tubes 4 connected to a source of liquid component. In the inter-turn space of the worm 2, dispersed nozzles are arranged in pairs, made in the form of hollow perforated cylinders 5 communicating with the tubes 4 for supplying the liquid component. Extruder-mixer works as follows. The screw to 2 takes the bulk component from the hopper 3 and transports it along the sleeve I. At the same time, the liquid component flows through the tubes 4 under pressure into the hollow perforated cylinders 5 and then through the perforations into the interturn space of the screw 1, where the liquid coming out of the cylinders 5 under pressure impregnates the bulk component. In this case, both the cylinders 5 themselves and the pressurized liquid coming out of them, thicken the layer of the bulk component, loosen the bulk component, preventing clumping, and intensify the mixing process. The pairwise placement of the cylinders 5 in the interturn space of the worm 2 provides for the direction of the liquid streams directed towards each other, between which the lumps of the powder-like component are broken.
