ание: в скобках указан метрический номер пр жиcd I The invention relates to textile production, in particular to chemical technology for preparing a wet spit from flax fiber bast. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of a twistless yarn with alternating twist. The presence of magnesium sulfate in the alkaline cooking solution and cooling of the solution after cooking, causing precipitation of colloidal substances from the fiber, followed by washing at 25–35 ° C create conditions that increase the strength of yarn with alternating twist, which is obtained with a high-performance spin-free A spinning machine with a single-belt controlled stretching device. This makes it possible to further process such yarn in weaving. The invention is illustrated by the following examples. Example 1 (prototype). Rovnitsu cooked in an aqueous solution containing 20 g / l sodium hydroxide, 0.25 g / l prewellaw wetter W-OF-P-100, 3 g / l soda ash and 0.5 g / l tripolyphosphate, for a period of 120 min, then level it with water at 60 and 10 min., sour in an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid with a concentration of 1.0 g / l for 10 min and subjected to chlorite treatment in an aqueous solution containing 4.5 g / l of sodium chlorite , 2 g / l of acetic acid and 1.5 g / l of sulfuric acid, for 1.5 hours at, after which they are not neutralized with an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide and washed with water, and then they are washed with water acetic acid solution and rinse with cold water. Example 2. Rovnitsa is treated by heating for 90 minutes to 70 ° C in an aqueous solution containing, g / l: Sodium chlorite (based on active chlorine) 5.0 42 Acetic acid 2.0 Sulfuric acid 1.5 Nitrate sodium 4.0 After chlorite treatment, rovings are cooked at 95 ° C for 90 minutes in an aqueous solution containing, g / l: Caustic soda 6 Soda ash 15 Sodium sulfite 5 Magnesium sulfate 1.2 after which the solution is cooled to 35 ° C and drained and rovings washed with water at 25 ° C for 10 min. It is then washed at 70 ° C for 10 minutes, acidified in an aqueous solution of acetic acid (1.5 g / l) for 10 minutes, and finally the rove is washed with cold water for 10 minutes. Example 3. After chlorite treatment under the conditions of example 2, roving is cooked for 90 minutes at 100 ° C in an aqueous solution containing, g / l: Caustic soda 10 Soda ash 12 Sodium sulfite 7 Magnesium sulfate 1.3, after which the solution is cooled to 40c and drained, and the rovings are washed with water for 12 min. Subsequent operations are analogous to example 2. Example 4. After chlorite treatment under conditions of example 2, roving is boiled for 90 minutes at 105 ° C in an aqueous solution containing, g / l: Caustic soda 15 Soda calcinated 10 Sodium sulfite 5 Magnesium sulfate 1, 5 after which the solution is cooled to and drained, and roving npoNbi at 35 ° C for 15 minutes. Subsequent operations are carried out as in example 2. The quality indicators of yarn obtained from the roving according to examples 1-4 are shown in the table. Note Name: in parentheses are the metric number of the yarn
