Description
The invention relates to the mining industry, in particular to the working equipment of cable or hydraulic excavators, intended for the development of loose rocks and loose loose soil.
01 The closest technical solution known is the excavator bucket, which includes the front, rear and side walls, the cutting part with the teeth, the rotary bottom and the side walls adjacent to the side walls 01
Просыпи убираютс повторным черпанием,это увеличивает необходимую длину траектории черпари , следовательно снижает техническую производительность машины, повьшаёт энергоемкость экскавации .The disadvantage of such a bucket is the request on the sides of the bucket of the excavated soil due to the destruction of the massif outside the cutting edge due to the propagation of cracks. Especially a lot of soil is requested (up to 25-30% of the bucket capacity) during the preliminary drilling of the array by drilling and blasting, with loose open ground. Spills are removed by re-scooping, this increases the necessary length of the trajectory of the scooper, consequently reduces the technical performance of the machine, increases the energy consumption of the excavation.
The aim of the invention is to increase productivity by reducing rock loss during scooping.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the excavator bucket, which includes the front, rear and side walls, the cutting part with teeth.
поворотное днище и примыкающие к боковым стенкам карманы, каждый из последних вьшолнен в виде сквозного замкнутого короба с увеличивающимс к днищу сечением, при этом передние кромки карманов расположены ниже режущей части, а поворотное днище вьшолнено и клапанами, которые жестко прикреплены к нему и сопр жены с карманами.the rotary bottom and the pockets adjacent to the side walls, each of the latter are made in the form of a through-closed box with a cross section increasing to the bottom, while the front edges of the pockets are located below the cutting part, and the rotary bottom is filled with valves that are rigidly attached to it and are associated with pockets.
1.Figure 1 shows the excavator bucket, side view j in figure 2 - the same, top view; on fig.Z - the same, section aa in figure 1.
6.The bucket consists of wall 1, side walls 2 to which pockets 3 are attached, cutting part 4 with teeth 5, rotary bottom 6 and suspension elements 7. The cross section of pockets increases towards bottom 6.
The valves of the 8 pockets are made separately from the side walls of the 9 pockets and rigidly connected to the bottom 6 of the bucket. The bucket works as follows.
When the bucket moves upward along the trajectory, the ground destroyed by the cutting part 4 enters the bucket and the side spill into the pockets 3. When unloaded, the valves of the 8 pockets open
вместе с днищем 6 ковша и грунт высыпаетс из ковша и карманов.together with the bottom 6 of the bucket and the ground is poured out of the bucket and pockets.
The use of the present invention allows to reduce the loss of soil when digging, to increase the productivity of the excavator by reducing the duration of the excavation of a given volume of soil.
