The invention relates to in-plant equipment and can be used in mechanized lines of various industries. The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of the device. FIG. 1 shows a device for turning goods on a roller conveyor, general view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 is a view B in FIG. 2; in fig. 4 - the position of the grip at the moment of contact with the load; in fig. 5 - the same, at the moment of contact of the roller with the direction of Yush, her bus; in fig. 6 shows successive positions of the grip and the load in the process of lifting the grip; in fig. 7 - the position of the grip and the load in the process of lowering the grip. The device comprises a base 1, on which cups 2 are installed between the conveyor rollers, in which the rods 3, equipped with toothed racks, vertically mix. The latter mate with gears 4 rigidly mounted on shaft 5 connected to drive 6 (for example, a gear motor). On the rods 3 fastened; There are L-shaped brackets 7 with grooves 8, in which the L-shaped grippers 9 have rollers 10 on one shoulder and counterweights on the other shoulder 11. The grippers 9 are hinged to the brackets 7 via rollers 12. They are fixed to the cups 2 by the brackets 13, the guide tires 14, which are a device for turning the L-shaped grippers 9. The device operates as follows. In the initial position (Fig. 2) the rod 3 is pubescent, the L-shaped grippers 9 occupy a horizontal position. At the same time, with the counterweights 11, they are pressed against the bottoms of the grooves 8, which limit their rotation in a clockwise direction, with the grippers being located below the working surface of the conveyor rollers 15. A weight 16 (e.g., corner) is mounted on conveyor rollers 15. The actuator 6 is turned on, and the rods 3, with the help of rack-and-pinion gears, are raised upwards with the L-shaped grippers 9, which maintain a horizontal position until they come into contact with the load 16 (Fig. 4). In the process of further lifting the rods 3, the rollers 10 of the L-shaped grippers 9 come into contact with the guide tires 14, and the load 16, creating a moment on the left shoulder of the gripper larger than the moment from the counterweight 1 L, is torn off from one side of the working surfaces of the rollers (Fig. 5). When the L-shaped claws 9 have a tilt angle sufficient for self-tipping of the load by 90 °, the rollers 10 slide off the guide rails 14 (Fig. 6) and the clamps take up a vertical position limited by the left plane of the L-shaped brackets 7 (Fig. 7) . In the process of lowering the rods 3 with L-shaped grippers 9, the load 16 sits on the conveyor rollers in a position skanted by 90 °. The released grips, slipping along the edge of the load, remain upright until the axes of rotation of the claws around the rollers 12 are below the reference plane of the load. After that, the grippers, under the influence of the moment created by the counterweight 11, begin to rotate clockwise and return to their original position. In this case, the rollers 10 bypass the guide flaps 14. In one cycle, the weight can be turned by 90 °. If it is necessary to turn the load 180 °, the cycle is repeated. The common drive 6 of the device can be made in the form of a power cylinder with a toothed rack on the rod, coupled with the gear on the drive shaft 5. The presence of only one drive regardless of the number of L-shaped grips in the device reduces its intensity. Replacing the vertically positioned lever systems with a non-power gripping rotation system significantly reduces the height of the proposed device as compared to the known one and integrates it into a standard-height roller conveyor (800-900 mm) without building attachments for the lifting cylinders for power cylinders and thereby ensuring ease of maintenance. items. Due to the fact that the operation of the proposed device is carried out from one common drive, there is no need for a device to synchronize the movement of the grippers, leading to failures in the tilting process. The proposed device can be used in mechanized processing lines of rolling profiles such as square, channel, I-beam, angle and other profiles capable of maintaining a stable position on the reference plane, as well as in other transport and technological lines in various industries.
