Abstract

1. УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ ПОШТУЧНОЙ ВЫДАЧИ ЦИЛИНДРИЧЕСКИХ ИЗДЕЛИЙ И СПУСКА ИХ С ОДНОГО УРОВНЯ НА ДРУГСЙ, включающее наклонное основание, закрепленньш на валу захват, отсекатель с механизмами подъема и спуска и стопором с педалью, отличающеес тем, что, с целью повьовени надежности работы устройства, механизм подъема отсекател выполнен в виде противовесов, соединенных с отсекателем посредством тросов и закрепленных на наклонном основании блоков, а механизм спуска - с виде свободно установленного на валу захвата рычага, снабженного ограничителем поворота, при этом стопор выполнен в виде св занной с отсекателем трубы, установленной на ней подпружиненной защелки, св занной посредством гибкого элемента с педалью , и размещенного в трубе ползуна с пружиной, св занного посредством трособлочной системы с рычагом механизма спуска. 2. Известно устройство дл поштучно вьщачи цилиндрических изделий с одного уровн на другой, включающее наклонное основание, установленный на валу захват и отсекатель lj . Однако данное устройство имеет два самосто тельных привода, что усложн ет конструкцию в целом и сни жает ее надежность. Наиболее близким к предлагаемому по технической сущности и достигаем му результату вл етс устройство д . поштучной выдачи цилиндрических изделий и спуска их с одного уровн н другой, включающее наклонное основание , закрепленный на валу захват, отсекатель с механизмами подъема и спуска и стопором с педалью j/fj, В данном устройстве применены дополнительно электромагнит и силовой цилиндр что требует дополнитель ного подвода энергии и снижает надежность работы устройства. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности работы устройства. Кроме того, опорна часть рычага выполнена с продольнь м пазом, перпе дикул рньм оси вала, а ограничитель поворота - в виде кольца, жестко установленного на валу с возможность 9 размещени в пазу опорной части рычага .
