Однако известный образец обладае недостаточной эффективностью испыта ни материалов на истирание, что обусловлено невозможностью воспроизведени оптимальных условий опытной носки материалов и, в частности снижени и поддержани посто нной контактной температуры в зоне истирани . Цельюизобретени вл етс повышение эффективности испытани текстильных материалов на истирание. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что в образец дл испытани текстил ных материалов на истирание, выполненном в виде диска, на внешней цилиндрической поверхности диска установлен тепловой экран с прорез ми и отверсти ми. На фиг. 1 изображен образец дл испытани материалов на истирание; на фиг. 2 - разрез А-А на фиг. 1. Образец выполнен в виде диска 1, на его цилиндрической поверхности установлен тепловой экран 2 с прорез ми 3 и отверсти ми 4. Экран 2 выполнен из металла с высоким коэффи15иентом теплопроводности, например меди, латуни. Прорези 3 выполнены под углом 120° одна к другой и предназначены дл установки диска 1 на держателе (не показан) машины. Отверсти 4 выполнены с равномерным шагом. При испытании текстильных материалов на истирание диск 1 прижимаетс экраном 2 к истирающему диску (не показан). В зоне контакта повышаетс температура и количество частиц износа. Снижение температу-ры обеспечиваетс отводом тепла экраном 2, а частиц износа - отверсти ми 3 с помощью вихревых потоков, создаваемых центробежным вентил тором (не показан). Изобретение обеспечивает повьшение эффективности испытани текстиль ных материалов на истирание за счет воспроизведени оптимальных условий опытной носки материалов.This invention relates to the testing of abrasion textile materials. The sample is made in the form of a disk 1, on its cylindrical surface there is a heat shield 2 with slots 3 and holes 4. Screen 2 is made of metal with a high thermal conductivity coefficient, for example copper, brass. The slits 3 are made at an angle of 120 ° to each other and are designed to install the disk 1 on the holder (not shown) of the machine. Holes 4 are made with uniform pitch. When testing textile materials for abrasion, disk 1 is pressed against screen 2 to an abrasive disk (not shown). In the contact zone, the temperature and the amount of wear particles increase. A decrease in temperature is provided by heat removal by screen 2, and wear particles by openings 3 by means of vortex flows created by a centrifugal fan (not shown). The invention provides an increase in the efficiency of testing textile materials for abrasion by reproducing the optimal conditions of the experienced wear of materials.
