(54) MECHANICAL P ERATOR FOR FLSTATION
The invention relates to the enrichment of minerals and can be used primarily in high volume flotation machines. A mechanical aerator for a flotation machine is known, which is designed above the blade axial impeller connected by means of a hub to a hollow shaft. Conducted industrial tests of the specified aeration in flotation mvr tires with chambers of 25 and 63 m showed that the performance of aerators on the pulp depends on the radial clearance between the tips of the blades and the aeration tube. The installation of the minimal author is large, the shaft console is difficult, so the gap is set at 10-15 meters more, and this negatively affects the performance. At the same time, the front part and the ends of the blades are subject to the most intensive wear. The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life and performance of the aerator. This goal is achieved by the fact that the blades are provided with fins. FIG. 1 shows a mechanical aerator, a circumscribed view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. 1 At the end of shaft 1, an axial-type mechanical aerator 2 is mounted clockwise in the aeration tube 3. Aerator 2 has blades 4 which are equipped, for example, with two concentric ribs 5 AND 6. Ribs 5 are located on the working surface of the blades 4, and ribs 6 - at the end in such a way that they protrude symmetrically from both the working and suction surfaces of the blades 4. Candy 4 is mounted on the hub 7 and can be made of a one-off material, such as silicon carbide. m X 4-zhes aerotora increases brightness and abrasion resistance, and also reduces the reverse circulation slurry tion.
