Abstract
(Л СП К1The invention relates to the production of groundstone stones with a working layer of ceramic multi-faceted abrasive segments and is an improvement of the invention according to the author. St. No. 577271. The purpose of the invention is to increase the durability of the stone and reduce the energy intensity of the defibration. The defibrated stone has a cylindrical base 1 with a working jacket 2 made of a set of ceramic polyhedral segments 3 of abrasive. The lateral faces of the segments 3 cover the gaskets 4. The gaskets 4 have perforations 5, which occupy 25-40% of the area of the lateral faces of the corresponding segment. During the operation of the stone, the steam formed as a result of material abrasion passes through the pores of the segment and perforations of the gaskets, evenly distributed over the surface of the stone in the zone of defibration. The vapor pressure in the zone decreases, the temperature is equalized, which corresponds to an increase in the abrasive ability of the stone surface. The durability of the stone increases, the power consumption per unit of mass produced decreases, the uniformity of the pulp properties increases. 3 il. (L SP K1
Description

№ 577271.The invention relates to the production of fiber stones, the working layer of which is collected from individual elements (segments), and can be used in the pulp and paper industry as a working body of the pulper in the production of wood pulp, and is an improvement of the invention according to the author, .sv. No. 577271.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the durability of the stone and reduce the energy consumption of the defibration,: FIG. 1 shows a defibr stone; in fig. 2 - the same section; in fig. 3 - the same general view.
The defibry stone (Fig. 1) contains a core G, which is rotatably mounted, has a work jacket 2, made of a set of ceramic abrasive polyhedral segments 3. Segments 3 form rows 4 or rings 5. Sealing elastic seals 6 are installed between the segments, having uniformly located perforations 7 (Fig. 2). The area of the perforated sections of each gasket is 25-40% of the area of the side faces of the corresponding segment.
Буквой 1 обозначена зона дефибрировани .FIG. 3 shows the defibr stone 8 in the collection, the mine 9 of the grinder, the bath 10, the showers P and the balance wood. Letter 1 indicates the defibration zone.
Ground stone works as follows.
Wood (fig. 3) in the form of a balance is supplied to the deferry stone 8 through the shaft 9. When the stone 8 rotates, the wood is pressed against its surface. The abrasive grains of the segments are separated from the wood fibers, which are washed off from the surface of the stone with the help of drops 11 and come in the form of a fiber suspension into the defibib-pera bath 10.

The abrasion of the wood surface experiences, under the action of abrasive grain grains, frequency-variable discharge compression pulses that cause the wood and the fluid that is in the pores of the wood to heat. The fluid is captured by the stone’s surface, and
