I The invention relates to measurement technology and can be used with for simultaneous measurement of linear and angular spatial displacements of an object's position in a machine and instrument-making industry. A device for measuring displacements is known, which contains a radiation source, a lens and two position-sensitive photodetectors (PFPPs) on one object, and an angled reflector with partially reflecting front face ij on the d) object. A disadvantage of this device is the low measurement accuracy due to the impossibility of separating information during different spatial movements of the object under test. The closest to the invention to the technical essence is a device for measuring displacements, comprising a radiation source and an optically coupled beam splitter lens, the first and second corner reflectors installed coaxially with each other and intended to be attached to the object being monitored, and in the reverse direction from the reflectors two PFFPs and three photodetectors installed in the focal plane of the lens, one of the PFPPs is optically coupled with the first reflector, made in the form of a rectangular trihedron, and the rest of the photoreceivers nicks are with the second reflector, and the outputs of all photodetectors are electrically connected to meter 2. A disadvantage of the known device is the low measurement accuracy of linear displacements, due to the dependence of the coordinates of reflected beams formed by the second reflector, when its spatial (angular) position changes relative to the axis of sight, leading to a change in the orthogonality of the directions of the symmetric reflected beams relative to the measuring axes and As a consequence, the dependence of the readings of the measuring channels of linear increments on the angular lOBopoTOB of the object being monitored. . The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of measuring linear displacements. 7 This goal is achieved by the fact that a device for measuring displacements, containing a radiation source and an optically coupled beam splitter, a lens, first and second corner reflectors, mounted coaxially with each other and intended to be attached to the object being monitored, and in the reverse direction from reflectors two PWFPs and three photodetectors installed in the focal plane of the lens, one of the PAPPs is optically coupled with a first reflector, made in the form of a rectangular trihedron, and the other photodetectors with a second reflector , and the outputs of all photodetectors are electrically connected to the meter, equipped with a regular four-sided pyramid with an angle. At vertex 180, fastened with a base to the input face t of the second reflector and oriented so that the nornstle to its lateral facets are parallel to the collimation axis, the second reflector is full The form of a rectangular trihedron and a part of its entrance face, unshielded by a pyramid, is covered with a reflective coating, and the angle ω is chosen from the condition. (where R is the radius of the rim of the lens; L is the distance between the lens and the second reflector; d is the distance between the top of the pyramid and the geometric center of the trail of the beam P emerging from the pyramid — the refractive index of the pyramid material. Fig. 1 shows the device diagram; Fig. 2 is a section A-A in Fig. 1 (the second corner reflector and a pyramid attached to it). The device includes a radiation source 1, a beam splitter 2, a lens 3, a collimation, a first corner reflector 4, a second corner reflector 5, intended for clamp with an object (not shown), a four-sided pyramid 6 fastened with a base to the entrance face of the second corner reflector 5, PFPP 7 and 8, one of which (photoreceiver 7) is located on the axis of the device and is optically connected to the first corner reflector 4, and the second (photodetector 8) is offset relative to the optical axis, three photoreceivers 9-11, also offset relative to the optical axis, and meter 12. All photodetectors 7-11 are installed in the focal plane of the lens 3, photodetectors that are offset from the optical axis are optically coupled with the second corner vim reflector 5. FIG. Figure 1 also indicates the positions of the autocollimation images 13-17 and the reflective coating 18 applied to the entrance face of the second c / cracker. The X and Y axes are the collimation axes; in FIG. 1 also shows the possible movements of the controlled object — linear and angular (the control object itself is not shown). The first and second corner reflectors are mounted coaxially with each other and fastened to the object to be controlled. The device works as follows. The radiation from the radiation source 1, having passed the beam splitter 2 and the lens 3, emerges from it with a collimated beam and is directed to corner reflectors 4 and 5, 1 (; rigidly fixed) with a controlled object. The radiation reflected from the corner reflector 4 returns from to the lens 3, which builds its image 17 into the focal plane. The radiation that has passed the corner reflector 4 is directed to the correct pyruda 6 with an angle at the apex of 180-206 - i.e. the faces of the pyramid are inclined to the front (entrance) face of the reflector 5 at an angle “; . Passing the pyramid, the radiation is broken on the head. beam, each of which changes direction, deflecting towards the top of pyramid 6. Reflecting from reflector 5, beams. In reverse, a regular pyramid 6 passes again. Each of the four reflected beams is deflected from the optical axis by an angle p 2n {n -1), where n is the refractive index of the material of pyramid 6; the angle of inclination of the lateral faces of the pyramid 6 to its base. The angle of inclination of the side faces of the pyramid 6 to the front face of the corner reflector 5 is chosen so that for a given distance between the lens 3 and the corner reflector 5 the linear deviation of the center of each of the reflected beams from the axis of sight in the plane of the lens does not exceed the light radius of the latter. In this case, each reflected beam will be half shielded by the rim of the lens 3, which will ensure the maximum range of measurement of linear displacements. Reflected beams from the corner reflector 5 are returned to the objective 3, forming four autocollimation images 13-16 in its focal plane. The images 13 and 14 are offset relative to the optical axis of the lens 3 along the axis of the opamp, and the images 15 and 16 are offset along the axis OX y of the same angular distance in accordance with the angle L. The coordinates of the images 13–16 are practically independent of small turns of the angle reflector 5 relative to the collimation axes Ox and OA. They change only when the reflector rotates with pyramid 6 about the axis. OZ sightings (autocollimation images are simultaneously rotated in the focal plane relative to the optical axis of lens 3). Fix the displacement of one of the images, for example, image 13, along the OX axis using the PFPP 8 connected to the meter 12 and having a zero line of sensitivity coinciding with the orthogonal axis. OA, determine the magnitude of the rotation angle of the lens relative to the axis OZ, i.e. angle b. The reflected beams propagate in pairs symmetrically at an angle to the optical axis of the device. When the angular reflector 5 is displaced along the collimation axes OX and OA, the symmetric beams are differently shielded by the lens mount 3. For example, when the angular reflector is displaced along the positive direction of the SU axis, the reflected beam 13 will be screened by the lens mount 3, and the beam 14 is smaller. In accordance with the beam shifts, the brightness of the autocollimation images corresponding to them also changes. In this case, the difference p
