00 00 The invention relates to the production. mineral fertilizers and can be used to obtain defluorinated superphosphate. A known method of producing superphosphate by decomposing phosphate raw materials with sulfuric acid with the addition of silicon dioxide D1. The disadvantage of this method is that superphosphate contains a large amount of fluorine (1.3 + 1.6%), which decreases slightly when the product is aged (up to 0.851, 1% ). At the same time, the aging time exceeds 3 hours; The closest to the invention in terms of the result achieved is a method for producing superphosphate by treating a phosphate raw material with sulfuric acid in the presence of liquid glass, taken in an amount of 2-6% per ton mass of the raw material. By a known method, superphosphate is obtained, which, after aging, contains 0.22-0.51% of fluto: RE .G2. . The disadvantage of this method is the duration of the maturation process of superphosphate (3 h). The aim of the invention is to accelerate the maturation process of superphosphate while maintaining the quality of the product. The goal is achieved in that according to the method of producing super phosphate by decomposing the phosphate raw material with sulfuric acid in the presence of liquid glass, taken in an amount of 2-6% by weight of the raw material, the phosphate raw material 33.3-66.60 masD of liquid glass, and the rest of it is introduced into the pulp obtained after processing the raw material with sulfuric acid. At the same time, liquid glass introduced into the pulp is heated to 50-60 0. 8 Variations in the amount of liquid glass introduced into the pulp and into the pulp show that the time of maturation of the superphosphate varies within 1.2-3 hours. At the same time, the best result is achieved if 33.3-66.6% by weight of liquid glass is introduced into the raw material. The table shows the dependence of the maturation time of the superphosphate on the ratio of the amount of liquid glass introduced into the raw material and into the pulp. A decrease in the viscosity of liquid glass and, as a result, its uniform distribution in the pulp and equalization of its temperature over the entire mass of liquid glass, the liquid glass introduced into the pulp is preheated to 30 ° C. 69 ml of 64% waste sulfuric acid are placed in a 0.5 L porcelain cup and heated to 65 ° C and a mixture of 100 g of apatite concentrate and 4 g of liquid glass is poured out gradually and the reagents are thoroughly mixed. After a brief mixing, 2 g of water glass are added to the pulp, preheated to 5060 ° C, and stirring is continued for another 2–3 minutes. The glass is placed in an oven at 110-115s. The setting time of the superphosphate is 1.5 hours. When carrying out the process of the proposed method, the mature superphosphate contains. 5.3-5.6%, PjOy yy. 19.5-20.5%, in p. 18.619, 6%, fluorine 0.23-0.50%. Thus, the finished product in its quality is similar to the product obtained by a known method, however, its time of aging is halved.
