Description
1 The invention relates to the field of construction and may find application in the construction of underwater trunk pipelines. Methods are known for laying underwater pipelines from ice to the bottom of a reservoir. According to the main author. St. No. 594389 a method is known which consists in placing and fastening a pipeline in the old-fashioned field to form maya on both sides of the pipeline parallel to its axis and immersing the pipeline to the bottom of the reservoir D3. The disadvantage of the known method in case of its use for immersing the ballasted, negative buoyancy pipeline is the occurrence of the axial rotation of this highly located pipeline together with the extruded area of the ice field, as a result of which work on the formation of mines is associated with danger. The aim of the invention is to increase the safety of operations during the formation of lanes by eliminating the axial rotation of a high-spaced obtonirovanny pipeline together with a cut-out section of the ice floor. it is faster than the upper marks of its ballast that freeze a narrow ice layer with a constant thickness not less than the depth of the reservoir under the ice field and a width not less than Do not move away from each other. The drawing schematically shows the immersed pipeline, front view. In accordance with the method of laying the underwater pipeline from the ice to the bottom of the reservoir, pipe 2 is sealed and fixed on the ice field 1, ballasted with solid ballast or single attenuators 3, and then on the sides of the pipeline and above the upper marks of the ballast they block the narrow ice layer 4 sec., With a constant thickness of at least the depth of the shallow water body 5 under the ice field 1. Finally, two lanes 6 are cut in the ice field parallel to the pipeline axis, which ensures that the pipeline is submerged in a bend. An axial rotation of the pipeline together with the cut out section 7 of the ice layer 4 does not occur, which is prevented by the relatively high side walls of the cut out section. Thus, due to the high height of the freezing layer, the possibility of its axial rotation under the action of the weight of the highly located pipeline is excluded, which ensures the safety of work during the cutting of the mine.
