The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to machine tools, and can be used to process thin-walled parts. Supports for stretching machines are known for pulling holes in thin-walled parts, in which the centering elements are made movable in the radial direction under the effect of radial deformation during pulling 1. The disadvantage of such supports is the change in the shape and dimensions of the covered surface of the workpiece when machining the holes. Closest to the invention to the technical essence is a known support for a stretcher containing a support plate on which a detachable polyhedral body is mounted, including a sleeve with a bearing insert and a conical sleeve 2. The disadvantages of the known horns are the preliminary elastic and local contact deformation of a thin-walled workpiece on the covered surface, which leads to the violation of the original dimensions of both covered and treated surface. The purpose of the invention is to improve the processing accuracy of thin-walled workpieces by eliminating the deformation of the workpiece during installation. This goal is achieved in that the support to the stretcher, in the case of which the conical sleeve and the bearing insert are movably placed, is equipped with restrictive screws passing through the holes made in the bearing insert and connected to the split conical sleeve, and the supporting insert spring-loaded with respect to the restrictive screws and installed with the possibility of axial movement, and the magnitude of its stroke is determined by the ratio h, where 1g is the working stroke of the bearing pad; b is the amount of movement of the petal of the split conical sleeve; Z - spring stiffness; q is a quantity characterizing the physicomechanical properties and geometrical parameters of a split conical sleeve. FIG. Figure 1 shows a support to a stretcher, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 is a view A of FIG. I. The support for a lashing machine consists of a housing 1 fixed to the plate 2. In the housing 1, a sleeve 3 is installed so that it can move, forming petals 4, and a support insert 5. In the split sleeve 3, the restrictive screws 6, passage I1, ie are fixed through the holes made in the bearing insert 5, which is spring-loaded by the spring 7 with respect to the restrictive screws 6. In addition, the bearing insert is spring-loaded with cup springs 8 mounted on the rods x 9 in the blind holes of the support plate 2. The bearing insert 5 relative to the plates 2 is mounted with a clearance h, the determining value of the stroke bearing shell ratio, A-JL n, where h - the travel of the support pad 5; b - the stroke of the petals of the split sleeve 3; 2 - spring stiffness 7; q is a quantity that depends on the physicomechanical properties and geometrical parameters of the split sleeve 3. The support for the extension machine works as follows. In the hole formed by the petals 4 of the split sleeve 3, the workpiece 10 with the gap b is set on the support pad 5. During the working movement of the draw, the movable insert 5, together with the workpiece 10, moves in the direction of the drawing motion, compressing the spring 7, which through the restricting screws 6 move the split sleeve 3 by the value P, while the petals 4 of the split sleeve 3 converge by the amount b, when the conical surfaces of the housing 1 and the split sleeve 3 interact, the workpiece 10 is enveloped and centered on the outer surface. After the hole in the workpiece has been pushed under the action of the disc springs 8, the support insert 5 moves to its original position by acting on the split sleeve 3, the petals 4 of which are dispersed, after which the workpiece is removed. Such a support structure to a stretcher provides, under the action of cutting forces, the displacement of the support liner by an amount h, i.e., with a certain stroke, and through restrictive screws with springs, clamping and centering the workpiece without elastic and local contact deformation over the male surface, which ensures accuracy and dimensional stability of the workpiece.
