Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к машиностроению и может быть использовано при обработке шпоночных пазов на различных детал х типа валов, осей. Цель изобретени  - повышение надежности работы и точности обработки. Заготовки 18 устанавливают в призмы и зажимают. Затем при рабочем ходе стола станка обрабатывают паз фрезами. При первоначальной настройке регулируемыми упорами 16 рычаги 13 устанавливают в такое положение, при котором центр деформируемой части рычага 13 располагаетс  на кромке паза, а упоры 16 упираютс  в корпус. После настройки рычаги 13 опускаютс  в исходное положение. После окончани  фрезеровани  и отхода стола в исходное положение включаютс  гидроцилиндры 11, штоки 12 которых своими скосами через упругие упоры 17 поднимают серьги 14 с рычагом 13 в вертикальное положение. Серьги 14 прижаты через упоры 16 к корпусу. Рычаг 13 своим деформирующим концом накладываетс  на кромку паза. При дальнейшем ходе штока 12 вверх при повороте рычага 13 осуществл етс  пережим паза.
