Дл увеличени их энергии необходимо увеличить нажатие на машину, в результате чего хвостовик 6 инструмента перемещаетс в выпускную камеру 5, увеличива проходное сечение выхоoo co o co 1 The invention relates to manual pneumatic percussion machines and to be used in the development of frozen soils and rocks of small and medium strength. A pneumatic percussion machine is known, comprising a cylinder body with exhaust channels} a handle with a starting device, located in the cylinder body a nickname forming; the working and idling chambers with it, having an internal chamber and a central channel, communicated with the central chamber and the atmosphere, entering from the handle side into the central channel an air-conducting tube and a working HHCTpyl eliT with a shank entering the central channel Tl. /, The disadvantage of this machine is its low efficiency due to the increased flow rate of compressed air i due to the connection of the air inlet tube with the atmosphere. The closest. According to the technical essence of the invention is a percussion action stump comprising a cylinder body with a handle and an exhaust chamber, a drummer accommodated therein with a central chamber formed by the strikes of the striker, a central stepped channel communicated with the central the camera, the longitudinal and radial outflow channels, the air supply tube entering the smaller step of the central channel, from the side of the handle and the working tool with a shank. The disadvantages of the known machine are lower shock power, caused both by the small active area of the idling chamber, which cannot be increased, for constructive reasons, and by the low idling speed of the striker and, accordingly, by the low frequency of blows, low efficiency, since it does not use the energy of the exhausted exhausted compressed air, as well as the impossibility of automatic adjustment of the energy of single blows depending on the force exerted on the machine. The aim of the invention is to increase the power of the small, increase the efficiency and regulate the energy of single shocks. 92 The goal is achieved by the fact that the pneumatic percussion machine, comprising a cylinder body with a handle and an exhaust chamber, is housed in it with a hammer. the central chamber formed by the isthmuses of the striker, the central stepped channel in communication with the central chamber, the longitudinal and radial exhaust channels, the air passage tube entering the smaller step of the central channel from the grip side, and the working tool with the shank are provided with a rolling pin placed in the. a larger step of the central channel, periodically overlapping the radial inlet channel and interacting with the shank, the longitudinal inlet channel is made in the form of grooves on the driver's surface, periodically communicating with the outlet chamber, and longitudinal pazv1 are also made on the shank, constantly communicating with the atmosphere and periodically with a graduation chamber. The drawing shows schematically a percussion machine with a longitudinal section. The machine consists of a cylinder body 1, in which the striker 2 is disposed of a reciprocating motion, which separates the cylinder body 1 into the chamber 3 of the working stroke located on the side of the handle 4, and the discharge chamber 5 located on the side of the shank 6 of the working tool. Drummer 2 is provided with a through stepped. A hole in which the central chamber 7 of idling of the impactor 2 is made with a recess at the level of the stepped diametral junction. In the isthmus 8 of smaller diameter of the striker 2 enters the air supply tube -9 of the supply of energy carrier to the central chamber 7 of the idler, and the isthmus 2 includes a rolling pin 1 in contact with TOOL 6 of the tool. On the outer side surface of the striker 2, the longitudinal intake channels 12 are made in the form of grooves 12, periodically, depending on the position of the drummer 2, performing the functions of outlet or inlet channels of the camera 3 of the working stroke. In the body of the striker 2 in the large-diameter isthmus 10 a channel 13, 31 which is permanently connected to the slots 12 and periodically, depending on the position of the hammer 2 and the rolling pin 11, communicates with the central idling chamber 7. The exhaust chamber 5 is made in the form of an undercut with smooth transitions of cutting edges towards the side forming surface of the cylinder body i and is located on the side of the shank 6. On the outer side surface of the shank 6 without reaching its end on the side of the drummer 2. longitudinal grooves 14 of the outlet are made and collar 15. When pressing the handle 4 and the contact of the collar 15 by the housing-cylinder 1, the grooves 14 communicate the exhaust chamber 5 with the atmosphere, and in the absence of contact, the outlet cross-section of the exhaust gradually decreases or overlaps it ol particular, if the tool is not resting on the processed medium. The longitudinal grooves 14 on the outer surface of the shank 6 on the side of its end facing the outlet chamber 5 are made with a smooth change in the cross section of their outlets into the outlet chamber 5, overlapping the cylinder body J, which is the installation and guide for the shank 6 The working tool shank 6 is inserted into the cap 16 by means of the flange 15, which is held relative to the body of the cylinder 1 by a threaded connection. The pneumatic percussion machine works as follows. When pressing the handle 4 and turning on the trigger, it is not shown) compressed air from the network through the air inlet tube 9 enters the idling chamber 7 Due to the difference of the active areas of the chamber 7 from the rolling pin 11 and the tube 9 drummer 2 under the action of pressure of compressed air begins to move away from the shank 6 of the tool, making idling. Under the pressure of compressed air from the sides of chamber 7 to the end of the rolling pin 11, the latter is constantly pressed against the shank 6. Drummer 2, moving to tube 9, blocks the message of the longitudinal exhaust channels - grooves 1 with exhaust chamber 5, as a result of which the compression of the air cut off in it begins. Continuing the motion, the impactor 2. opens the radial channel 13, jointly the chamber 7 by means of the channel 13 and the slots 12 with the chamber 3, the pressure of compressed air in which increases more sharply. Since the active area of the impactor 2 from the side of chamber 3 is significantly larger than the difference in area from the side of chamber 7, and the pressure of compressed air is almost the same, the movement of the impactor 2 is decelerated under the action of back pressure forces. Having reached the calculated position, the impactor 2 stops and under the action of the pressure of compressed air from the chamber 3 side begins to move in the direction of the tool shank 6, making a working stroke. During this movement, the impact of nick 2 closes the radial channel 13 of the scoop 11, the flow of compressed air into the chamber 3 is stopped, and the compressed air inside it expands, giving away some of its energy to an increase in the speed of the striker 2, thereby increasing efficiency. Continuing motion, the hammer 2 opens the outlets of the grooves 12, and the exhaust compressed air is discharged into the exhaust chamber 5, from which it flows through the slots 14 of the outlet in the shank 6 into the collet 16 and out of it into the atmosphere. Overcoming the pressure resistance of the compressed air from the active area of chamber 7, the striker 2 strikes the shank .6 and the cycle repeats. If it is necessary to reduce the energy of a single blow made by the drummer 2 on the shank 6, for example, at the end of the destruction of the object being processed, pressing the machine can be reduced. In this case, the shank 6 under the action of the pressure of the exhausted compressed air from the side of the exhaust chamber 5 is moved to -; side of the object to be processed, partially blocking the flow area of the outlets of the longitudinal grooves 14. This leads to an increase in counterpressure in the outlet chamber 5, which produces a partial braking of the striker 2 before they strike, thereby achieving a smooth decrease in the energy of single blows. In order to increase their energy, it is necessary to increase the pressure on the machine, as a result of which the tool shank 6 is moved to the discharge chamber 5, increasing the flow area
