A: The invention relates to a tool for sinking shafts, which provides for the mechanical development and cleaning of the rock and the work of fastening using a tunnel shelf. A well-known installation for the sinking of shaft shafts by the method of percussion-cable drilling, including a pile driver placed on the surface, a turntable with pulleys, drum rope machines, as well as a pulloerlift column and tool bits placed in the barrel. The disadvantage of the installation is the impossibility of using it at which stem-stem complexes are more economical, including means of penetration serviced by penetrators located in the trunk. The closest to the invention in technical essence and the achieved result is the barrel-boring complex, which includes means for destroying the rock in the form of grabs suspended on the ropes and driven by winches on the surface, means for lifting the broken rock and cargo to the surface in the form of a tub, and also tunneling shelves for accommodating people when performing various works, including mounting the barrel 2. A disadvantage of the known complex is an increased danger to workers in the barrel, with It is given as a result of breakage of ropes, which are suspended for breaking rock means and their engagement with the moving load-lifting means. In this case, a rope of the lifting means may break and fall onto the tunnel. The purpose of the invention is to increase the safety of people working on the shelf. This goal is achieved by the fact that the trunk-bore complex, which includes means of mechanical development of rock with a canal-bond with the waters installed on the surface, as well as means for lifting the drill / seared rock and fastening the trunk with placing them on the tunneling shelf, is equipped with a turntable with pulleys and a protective casing installed along the axis of the complex, with a rotatable platform placed below the driving shelf, and the ropes are located inside the protective casing. In addition, the protective casing is made collapsible with a separate channel for each rope. FIG. 1 shows the complex in section of the blade, a general view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. 1. The bore complex includes a pile driver 1, percussion machine tools 2, ropes 3, protective casing 4, driving shelves 5, turntable 6 with pulleys, impact bits 7, as well as suspended formwork for creating lining, descenders not shown in the drawing - lifting people and rock, pneumatic cylinders for turning the platform 6, pneumatic elevator for drying the bottom before changing bits. The protective casing 4 consists of elements 8-11, the image of which has a tubular structure with a channel 3 that is separate for each rope and suspended in the trunk. On the ropes 12 of the tunnels, the winches are similar to the suspension of the ventilation pipes or attached to the elements of the armored reinforcement. When the trunk is drilled using a trunk-hole complex, the rock is destroyed by impact bits 7, which are moved around the face by turning the platform 6 and moving its pulleys in the radial direction. Destroyed rock is mixed with vertical movements of bits with water located at the bottom due to water inflow or specially poured and delivered to the surface with a bucket. Destruction of the rock at the bottom begins from the periphery, where a ring trench is drilled. After that, ring trenches are drilled closer to the trunk axis, and then the protrusions between the trenches are destroyed. The bits are replaced at the bottom, which is previously dried by pumping pulp into the tub with a pneumatic elevator. The bits are lowered and raised as well. Blunt chisels are restored on the surface. The casing 4 is increased from the surface by hanging it on the ropes of the tunnel winches or from the tunnel shelf. Elements 8 and 9 of the casing are inserted through the gaps between the ropes and the element 10 and 11 is attached to them so that each cable is placed in a separate channel. All elements of the casing are interconnected and attached with straps to the ropes 12 of the suspension. In the event of a rope breakage, starts are removed from the channel of the casing, and a new cable is inserted in place, which is attached to the chisel. The use of a barrel-boring complex is rational when sinking auxiliary small-diameter shafts during the preparatory period for the construction of mines and mines, as well as in remote areas, where the mobility of the complex can produce the greatest technical and economic effect. This also increases the safety of people working in the trunk.
