A known method for the production of fiberboard, including the impregnation of plates with a composition containing tall oil, slack and desiccant 1. Its disadvantage is a significant consumption of tall oil, while it does not ensure the imposition of consistently high hydrophobic properties of superhard plates. A known method for the production of fiberboard, including grinding chips for fiber, forming a carpet, hot pressing plates, impregnating plates, heat them and conditioning 2. The disadvantages of this method are the high consumption of scarce tall oil, the low hydrophobic properties of wood-fiber plates, the complexity of the process impregnation of the plates due to the need to maintain the temperature of the impregnating mixture at 120-130 ° C and the stability of the waterproof properties of the plates is insufficient. The purpose of the invention is to increase the water resistance and stability of the water resistant properties of the plates. The goal is achieved by the fact that the plates are impregnated with a composition consisting of petroleum oil repellent agent and tall oil at a ratio of 70-90: 10-30, respectively, in an amount of 8-12 May. ° / o to the mass of absolutely dry fiber. 100% aspen wood in the form of process chips obtained from the waste of match production is used as a raw material for the manufacture of fiberboard. The grinding of chips is carried out on an industrial defibrator brand MD-13 to the degree of grinding 16-17 defibrator-seconds (DS) Secondary grinding to 20-21 DS is carried out on a laboratory raffinator. Fibrous mass concentration of 1.0-1.2 / o enters at low tide. Carpets obtained in the aquatic environment are pressed at a specific pressure of 5.5 MPa and a temperature of 190 ° C for 8 minutes. Oil-based hydrophobicizer NGF-2 with tall oil is applied on the surface of the obtained plates by spreading. According to the technical conditions, the oil-repellent agent must meet the following basic requirements (Table 1.). The method of applying the impregnating mixture (any one used) for the introduction of modifying additives (spraying, spreading, impregnation, etc.). carried out as follows. The technology of preparation of the impregnating composition is simple and involves mixing the components during heating, for example, up to 60-90 ° C. At the same temperature, the plates are impregnated. A plate coated uniformly over the entire surface by the impregnating mixture goes further along the process stream to heat treatment, which is carried out in conventional quenching chambers at an air temperature of 160 ° C for 5-6 hours. After heat treatment, the plates are unloaded from the chamber and then sent to air conditioning by conventional technology. Physico-mechanical properties of the plates are presented in table. 2. Thus, the invention makes it possible to extend the range of modifying hydrophobic additives, to replace the deficient traditional chemical materials, to expand the raw material base for the production of fiberboard by using 100% hardwood with high hydrophobic indicators of the plates.
