1. Способ импульсной штамповки кольцевых деталей, при котором заготовку устанавливают на пуансон и прикладывают к ней со стороны внешней поверхности сжимающую нагрузку, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения качества получаемых деталей, штамповку производят в два этапа, на первом из которых растягивают центральную часть заготовки путем формовки кольцевых выемок на прилежащих к торцам участках заготовки, создавая при этом сжимающую нагрузку за счет подрыва двух кольцевых зарядов, располагаемых над заготовкой в зонах формовки выемок, а на втором этапе производят окончательную штамповку детали путем подрыва заряда, располагаемого над центральной частью заготовки.2.
