The invention relates to dvigatelestroyeniyu. A camshaft is known for driving fuel pumps and clans of a BiiyTpeiHiero reversible engine for combustion, in particular, for a ship propulsion system, which contains cams for driving pumps and valves and can rotate in both directions depending on. the crankshaft rotational direction is 1fcga1el, and the fuel pump cams are configured to change the angular position relative to the crankshaft between the extreme utmost positions for both directions of rotation using the reversing device 1. It is a disadvantage of the known shaft that when reversing it simultaneously relative to the crankshaft of the cams of the fuel pumps, the position of the cams for actuating the valves also changes, therefore, the reverse of the crankshaft BpauicHKH distribution points for valves are not optimal, which reduces the performance of daigatep in reverse rotation. The purpose of the invention is to improve the operational properties of the engine. This target is achieved by the fact that in the distributor1) Nom shaft to control the fuel pumps and valve of the reversible internal combustion engine, in particular for the ship propulsion system, containing cams for driving the fuel pumps and valves and capable of rotating, e1P1 in both directions, in , depending on the direction of rotation of the engine crankshaft, and the cams of the fuel pumps are made with the possibility of changing the angular position relative to the knee shaft between the extreme angular positions and E for both directions of rotation nr nomoschi reversing device Kulach ki for driving the fuel pumps vscholHCHF with an opportunity to change the angular position u relative to the distributor va.cha and pB are connected with the latter by means of the reversing device. In this case, the reversing device contains one-way with the possibility of changing the angular position relative to the distribution shaft of the sleeve, on which the cams are fixed to drive the fuel pumps. In addition, the reversing device is made hydraulically and is equipped with a ring fixed firmly on the shaft with stops. and the sleeves are provided with protrusions for engagement with the stops of the ring. FIG. 1 shows the casing of the fuel pumps, distributor. reversing shaft, fuel pumps and pumps for lifting the exhaust valves of two engine cylinders; in fig. 2 - a camshaft with the reversing device; in fig. 3 - part of the camshaft with the element of the reversing device. The camshaft 1 comprises cams 2 and 3 for driving the fuel pumps and valves and is rotatable in both directions depending on the direction of rotation of the engine crankshaft, and the cams 2 of the fuel pumps are adapted to vary the angular position relative to the crankshaft by reversing device 4 between the positions for one and for the other directions of rotation. The cams 2 for driving the pumps are made with the possibility of changing the angular position relative to the camshaft 1 and are associated with the latter by means of the reversing device 4. Cams 3 for. the engine valve drives are rigidly fixed to the camshaft 1. The PeBepcvffiHoe device 4 comprises the sleeves 5 made with the possibility of changing the angular position relative to the camshaft 1, on which the cams 2 are fixed to drive the fuel pumps. The reversing device 4 is provided with a ring 6 fixed to the shaft 1 with stops 7, and the sleeves .5 are made with protrusions 8 for engagement with the stops 7 of the ring 6. The cams 2 are connected to the pump by means of the rollers 9.- The reversing device 4 is made hydraulically equipped with pipes 10 and 11 for connection to the oil circulation system and is located between two cams 2 for simultaneous re-arrangement during the reversal of the engine. Ring 6 can be attached to the camshaft with a hot nozzle. Hydraulic chambers 12 are formed between the sleeves 5 and their protrusions 8 in the assembled state of the reversing device 4, which are separated one by one from the stops 7 of the ring 6. The assembled sleeves 5 and the oil chambers 13 are limited radially outwards by the sleeve 14, on which the oil supply ring 15 is installed. The latter has annular oil grooves 16 and 17 and associated with them, holes 18 and 19, each of which provides oil for one of the directions of rotation. To create a lubricating film due to oil leakage between the sleeve 5 and the distribution shaft, a slotted space is made. The device works as follows.
To change the position of the cams 2 of the fuel pump, oil is fed through one of the pipes 10 or 11 into one of the oil chambers 13.; The reduction of the oil contained in them presses on one side against the stops 7 towards the projections 8 and
Утекающее масло из масл ных камер 13 через щелевое пространство между валом 1 и втулками 5 обеспечивает смазку последних.when pressure is relieved on one side II, an increase in pressure occurs on the other, rotation of the sleeves 5 together with the cams 2, and thereby reversing the latter. At this time, the cams 3 do not change their position relative to the camshaft 1. The leaking oil from the oil chambers 13 through the gap between the shaft 1 and the sleeves 5 provides lubrication of the latter.
Thus, the proposed device provides improved operational properties of the engine.
