Description
в полученных из них сплавах .Known electrolytic methods for nickel-tungsten alloys are obtained from ammonia electrolytes or electrolytes, in which the complexing agent is tartrate or citrate salts. The first ones have a NIRKIMI current output, high volatility of ammonia and give a high content of impurities (nitrogen, sulfur, carbon, etc.) in the alloy. For the second, the disadvantage is that they are unstable, due to the oxidation of organic compounds at the anode, are expensive and also give a lot of impurities (carbon, nitrogen, iron, etc.) in the alloys obtained from them.
The proposed method for producing nickel-tungsten alloys makes it possible to increase the current efficiency and reduce production costs.
This is achieved by using peroxide-acid electrolyte as electrolyte, containing 87 g / l of nickel sulphate, 5 g1l
вольфрамата натри , 1,8 гл перекиси водорода с введением серной кислоты до получени кислотности рН 2 при растворимом никелевом аноде.sodium tungstate, 1.8 hl of hydrogen peroxide with the introduction of sulfuric acid to obtain the acidity of pH 2 at a soluble nickel anode.
The following mode is recommended: temperature 50-70 °, current density 0-40 a1dm, voltage on the bath 2.3-4.5 volts.
Subject invention
The method of electrolytic production of nickel-tungsten alloys, which is due to the fact that, in order to increase the current output and reduce production costs, instead of ammonia, citrate or tartrate electrolyte, peroxide-acid electrolyte containing 87 g / l of nickel sulphate is used, 5 g: 1 liter of sodium tungstate, 1.8 g / l of hydrogen peroxide with the introduction of sulfuric acid to obtain the acidity of pH 2 with a dissolved nickel anode.
