Description
1 The invention relates to the electrification of railways and can be used on trunk sections with reduced dimensions for a contact network. A known contact suspension containing a contact wire located along the axis of the track and two supporting cables mounted in the form of diamonds with sliding suspensions at the points of connection with the contact wire. The disadvantage of this design is the large vertical clearance as the carrying wires are located above the contact wire. In addition, this design should only be used for short span lengths in tunnel conditions. A contact network is known, containing two contact wires connected between each other by means of harnesses, and through sliding elements with non-connecting TpO: cai “attached through insulators to flight oiors. The disadvantage of this construction is that it cannot be used on the open areas of electrified iron 1x roads with ordinary lengths of spans. This structure is used only with short span lengths of the order of 20 m, which can be provided in man-made structures, such as tunnels. The aim of the invention is to reduce the wear of the contact wires by increasing the elasticity with increasing length of the span. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a contact circuit containing two contact wires interconnected by hinge strips and through slippers 11p1e elements with supporting cables, are secured by 1 mi through insulators to the span supports, the hinged strips are set at equal distance from each other in the span , and sliding elements are fixed in the middle of each gap between the hinge bars, the number of which is chosen to be even: and not less than four. The drawing shows a contact network (in plan) in the form of a spatial structure. The contact network contains two contact wires t interconnected by hinge strips 2, and 2 through sliding elements 3 with carrying cables A attached through insulators 5 to the supports 6 of span, the hinged strips 2 are set at equal distance from each other span, and sliding elements 3 are installed in the middle of each gap between the hinge bars 2, the number of which is chosen to be even and not less than four. Contact network works as follows. The contact wires 1 are each suspended to the corresponding carrying cable 4 by means of elements 3 sliding along the carrying cable 4 in each span and fixed simultaneously at this point relative to the axis of the track. Other fixation points are formed at the junction points of the contact wires I by the hinge bars 2. The contact network is semi-compensated. In this case, temperature-variations in the length of the contact wires lead to corresponding displacements of the sliding elements 3 in the span. Based on the calculations of the suspension arrows of the contact wires 1, it was established that the greatest distance between adjacent sliding elements 2 should not exceed 20 m, which, in turn, determines the required number of rrmbes created in one span of 50-60 m, equal to three. Thus, the required number of hinged joints of contact wires in the span is four. In the course of production experimental trips, high-quality current sensing was recorded at all velocities implemented at the test site. In addition, destructive trials of spatial suspension were carried out at the test site to determine the extent of damage and determine the required recovery time. It was found that the zone of damage to the suspension with a break of one contact wire does not exceed one span, with a break of two contact wires at the same time it is less than half of the anchor section due to the presence of electrical connectors. With a break of one or two
