Лучшие услови работы верхнего поршневого кольца благопри тно вли ют на его ресурсе, снижаетс расход масла на угар, уменьшаетс износ зеркала цилиндра и в целом повышаетс долговечность двигател .FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to engine construction and can be used in various internal combustion engines. An internal combustion engine is known, comprising a piston with protrusions on the bottom, located around its periphery, and a cylinder head with depressions overlapped with projections when the piston is in dead center position 1. The disadvantage of this engine is that hot gases in the expansion stroke through the gap between the piston and the cylinder penetrate to the piston rings. Under the action of hot gases on the upper piston ring and on the cylinder mirror near the combustion chamber, the lubricating oil burns with the formation of soot. This leads to the fact that the upper piston ring operates in the mode of dry friction, which is accompanied by rapid wear of the ring and the cylinder mirror. When penetrating into the annular space, the hot gases cause a sharp increase in the force of pressing the rings to the cylinder mirror. This also leads to rapid wear of the piston ring and the cylinder mirror. The aim of the invention is to increase engine durability. This goal is achieved by the fact that in an internal combustion engine, comprising a piston with protrusions on the bottom, located around its periphery, and a cylinder head, with depressions overlapped with projections when the piston is in top dead center, the projections and depressions are in the form of at least two concentric annular waves with a decrease in the height of the protrusions and the depth of the depressions in the direction to the axis of the cylinder. In this case, the protrusions and depressions in the cross section have a trapezoidal shape. Such an embodiment of the device makes it possible to improve the working conditions of the upper piston ring, to reduce the wear of the cylinder and thus increase the durability of the engine. The drawing shows the engine section. The engine contains a cylinder 1, a cylinder head 2, a piston 3 with a bottom 4 is located in the cylinder, there are annular projections 5 and 6 on the bottom of the piston, and on the lower surface of the head 2 of cylinder 1 there are annular depressions 7 and 8. The engine works as follows. When the piston 3 approaches the top dead center in the compression stroke, the projections 5 and 6 successively enter into the depressions 7 and 8. An additional seal is formed in the form of a zigzag gap between the projections 5, 6 and the depressions 7, 8. This zigzag gap reduces the penetration of hot gases into the gap between the piston 3 and the cylinder 1, thereby improving the working conditions of the piston rings. When the piston 3 moves to the bottom dead center, the protrusions 5 and 6 come out of the cavities 7 and 8. This allows the piston to be further sealed in the area of the upper dead center and thereby reduce the adverse effect of hot gases on the piston rings. In addition, oil is not allowed to be flushed from the cylinder mirror caused by fuel particles on the mirror. The protrusions and depressions have a trapezoidal shape in cross section, which helps prevent the surface of the depressions on the cylinder head from touching the protrusions on the piston. In addition, the height of the protrusions and the depth of the depressions are made decreasing in the direction towards the axis of the cylinder. This provides a smoother change in pressure in the cylinder due to the fact that the annular protrusions enter the annular depressions not simultaneously, but sequentially. In the proposed engine, the adverse effect of hot gases on the piston rings is reduced by reducing the pressure due to throttling of the piston in the annular groove. The best working conditions of the upper piston ring have a beneficial effect on its life, oil consumption for waste is reduced, cylinder cylinder wear is reduced and overall engine durability increases.
