Description
1. . 1 The invention relates to the treatment of sewage sludge, in particular in the separation of suspensions containing solid particles of organic origin. - There are known methods for treating a suspension, according to which, in order to intensify the dewatering process, a water repellent reagent, orthophosphoric acid of its salt 1 or nitric acid and ammonia water t21 are introduced into the suspension. The disadvantage of the above methods is that the hydroforbating reagents used have low efficacy of hydrophobic effect, and therefore are not widely used in wastewater treatment, as well as in other industries, where large production volumes and a high productivity process is required. The closest to the technical essence of the present invention is a method of treating sewage sludge according to which polyac C31 is used as a reagent of a water-repellent agent. The disadvantage of this method is the low productivity 42 of the dewatering equipment and the high humidity of the dewatered sludge, since the hydrophobic effect of polyacrylamide is low. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the drainage time, decrease the moisture content of the dewatered sludge and increase the productivity of the dewatering equipment. This goal is achieved by introducing polyalkylbenzenes as a hydrophobic agent before mechanical dehydration. Polyalkylbenzenes are still known as liquid power fuels and as raw materials for the chemical industry. Polyalkylbenzenes are currently produced according to Specifications 6-03-4-2-74 with the following properties: density at not less than 0.88 g / cm; initial boiling point is 21.0 ° C; viscosity not more than 15 cps. . The composition of polyalkylbenzenes includes 4factions of the actual alkylbenzenes (di-j, tri-; tetra-, penta- and hexa-isomers), diphenyls, and also a resin of non-identifying composition. The full composition of polyalkylbenzenes is presented in table. 1, Table 1

Gravitational compaction of sediment, containing mainly particles of organic origin with a particle size of 0-200 µm, is mixed with polyalkylbenzenes, after which the mixture is subjected to dehydration.
2.Example 1. Inorganic coagulant and polyalkylbenzenes in the amount of 0.03% СЗО g / t are added to the fermented sludge of municipal wastewater (after methane tanks), which has a moisture content of 97.2% and organic matter content of 73%. The mixture (in a volume of 400 ml) was vigorously stirred for 1 min in a high speed mixer and dehydrated on a funnel. The spurious data on sludge dewatering are given in table. 2

Как видно из полученных данных применение полиалкилбензолов в качестве гидрофобизатора позвол ет снизить влажность обезвоженного осадка при одновременном росте производительности обезвоживающего оборудовани и уменьшении времени обезвоживани .As can be seen from the obtained data, the use of polyalkylbenzenes as a water-repellent agent reduces the moisture of the dewatered sludge while simultaneously increasing the productivity of the dewatering equipment and reducing the time of dehydration.
3.Example 2. The mixture is stirred for 45 s in a mixer with a shaft rotation speed of 3000 rpm, and then subjected to a dehydration on a funnel. Comparative data on sludge dewatering of a waterworks using polyalkylbenzenes and polyacrylamide as water-repellent reagents are presented in Table. 3

.From the above examples, it can be seen that the use of papyalkyl benzenes in the quality of a water-repellent reagent for dewatering sewage sludge reduces the moisture content of the dehydrated product by 4.8–8.1% compared to the use of the well-known water repellent polyacrylamide. In this case, polyalkylbenzenes exhibit a new quality as a water-repellent reagent, which is much more effective than the known reagents. .
Использование полиалкилбензола позвол ет получить экологический эф10 ,7 фект за счет снижени влажности обезвоженного осадка, обработанного полиалкилбензолами , ускор етс его высыхание в естественных услови х (в The use of polyalkylbenzene makes it possible to obtain an ecological effect, 7 effects, by reducing the moisture content of the dehydrated sludge treated with polyalkylbenzenes, accelerates its drying under natural conditions (in
