Description
The invention relates to a method for producing mineral fertilizers and relates to a method for producing ammophos. A method for producing ammophos from phosphate ores containing magnesium ij is known. A disadvantage of the known method is that a precipitate of ammonium ammonium phosphate is precipitated in the ammonium phosphoric acid process and this leads to thickening –reactive pulp. The closest to the invention in technical essence and achievable result is a method for producing ammophos, including decomposing apatite with recycled phosphoric acid (a mixture of extraction phosphoric acid and washing filtrate) and sulfuric acid in dihydrate mode, filtering the resulting suspension, washing the phosphogypsum precipitate with water, the subsequent neutralization of the extraction phosphoric acid (EPA) with ammonia, the drying of ammophos pulp and the granulation of amphos 2. The disadvantage of this method is the low phosphorus content in an assimilable form in ammophos, the increased costs of washing phosphogypsum with washing water, and the increased fluorine content in the final product. The aim of the invention is to increase the content of phosphoric angiid in an assimilable form and decrease the fluorine content in ammophos. The goal is achieved in that according to the method of obtaining ammophos by treating apatite with a mixture of phosphoric and sulfuric acids, filtering the resulting suspension, washing the phosphogypsum gypsum with washing water, obtaining phosphoric acid on their basis with its subsequent ammonization; drying ammonium pulp and granulating ammonium phosphate; washing the phosphogypsum precipitate is carried out with wastewater from titanium dioxide pigment, taken after the stage of surface treatment of solid titanium dioxide, Waste water from the production of titanium dioxide pigment contains, g / l: sodium sulfate 3-6 titanium dioxide 0.2-0.5 silica and potassium dioxide 0.10-0, 20 . Wastewater from the production of titanium dioxide pigment after surface treatment, consisting of precipitating silica, aluminum and zinc oxides on the surface of solid titanium dioxide, is formed by neutralizing aluminum and zinc sulfates with alkaline reagents, NaAIOg, NaOH, and thickening with modified TiOn ,. The presence of sodium, potassium, and silicon in wastewater in active form causes the binding of fluorine in the process of acid decomposition of phosphorus-containing raw materials and insoluble hexafluorosilicates, which are removed from phosphogypsum during filtration of the reaction mass, as a result of which the content of impurity elements — fluorine and others is reduced in phosphoric acid, etc. this leads to an increase in the content of extraction phosphoric acid in the final product. Titanium dioxide contributes to the formation of complex salts of aluminum, magnesium, iron in citrate-soluble form, reduces the content of indigestible phosphoric anhydride in the target product from 1.0-1.5% to 0.3-0.4% and increases the content of digestible, waste water In the ammophos production cycle, they are introduced at the phosphogypsum washing stage on the filter and used as circulating phosphoric acid after fixing up to 1920% PnOg during the decomposition of phosphorus from the conventional pulp. Titanium and silicon compounds improve the structure of phosphoric gypsum during its formation In the course of the extraction of phosphoric acid, the presence of sodium and potassium in the clearing waters intensifies the desorption process, and the ROLE during the washing of osfohypsum. The combination of these factors leads to an increase in the coefficient of washing of phosphoyps from phosphorus after extraction, a reduction in the loss of the main component 1 To obtain ammophos, extracionic phosphoric acid is neutralized with ammonia, ammophos pulp is dried and granulated.
