The invention relates to light industry and can be used in the fur industry for degreasing, preferably fur sheepskins. A composition for degreasing hair of fur skins is known, including surfactants — for example, Novoto powder, alkaline reagent — sodium carbonate, antiseptic — formalin at a ratio, g / l: (l, 5-3): 0.5j (0, 25-0.5). Sulfonol NP-3, volgonat, synapol, etc. are also used as surfactants. L. However, to achieve the necessary degree of degreasing of hair, for example, fur sheepskins, is spent on 1000 pcs. up to 80 kg of powder; News, which makes the treatment more expensive and makes it difficult to clear wastewater from surfactants; The closest to the invention of the technical essence and the achieved effect is a composition for degreasing fur skins, including sodium salt of sulfuric acid monoether and a mixture of cetyl and oleic alcohols, Novote powder, formalin, sodium carbonate, non-ionic surfactant - OP-10, hydrogen peroxide and water at correlation, g / l: (0.2-2.5) (0.12-0.2 a): (0.2-0.7): (0.2-0.5): (o , 3-1, 5) and water - the rest 2j. The disadvantages of this method are the use of biologically hardly decomposable non-ionic PA OP-10, which makes it difficult to clean wastewater, and the quality of the finished skins is not high enough. The aim of the invention is to increase the grades, the softness of the leather and the purity of the fur sheepskin. The goal is achieved by the fact that a composition for degreasing fur sheepskins, including sodium monoester sulfuric acid and a mixture of cetyl and oleic alcohols, formalin (in terms of 100% concentration), hydrogen peroxide (based on 100% concentration), sodium carbonate and water, additionally contains an enzyme preparation - protosubtilin GZH-1 with the following ratio of components, g / l: (O, 8-1): (0.1-0.3): (0.3-1) : (0.3-0.5): (.0.8-1) and water is the rest. The task is achieved by the fact that the composition for degreasing additionally contains an enzyme preparation, which, when interacting with fatty substances and carbohydrate components of fur sheepskin in the presence of hydrogen peroxide, contributes to more effective degreasing and improvement of the quality of fur sheepskin. The mechanism of action of the components of the proposed composition on the sheepskin and leather fabric of sheepskin fur is as follows. In the hydrolysis of wool fat, cholesterides are split into cholesterol and fatty acids (oleic, palmitic and stearic). Under the action of alkalis, oxidizing agents and enzymes such hydrolysis occurs more fully. In the presence of a surfactant, emulsification removes wool grease from the surface of the hair, i.e. degreasing process. The proposed degreasing composition containing sodium carbonate, an oxidizing agent — hydrogen peroxide, and the enzyme protosubtilin, GZH-1, contributes more intensively to the defatting as a result of simultaneous oxidative and enzymatic destruction of wool fat. The additional action of the enzyme preparation provides easier removal of fat-like substances and the possibility of eliminating non-ionic surfactants. The applied concentrations of the components are optimal for this type of raw material (fur sheepskin). A decrease in the concentration of components below the specified limits may lead to incomplete degreasing of hair and a deterioration in the quality of leather. Increasing the concentration of components above the proposed limits increases the cost of treatment and the amount of toxic materials discharged into the wastewater, with a slight increase in the effect achieved. Example. All processes and operations prior to degreasing are carried out according to method l. The degreasing is carried out in the long run when, w.c. 7 and a duration of 45 minutes. Water is poured into the bark, sodium carbonate, formalin, Novost powder, hydrogen peroxide and the enzyme preparation Protosubtilin GZH are added successively with the ratio of components for fine-wool sheepskins given in Table. 1. After 45 minutes, the solution is drained and the sheepskins are washed with clean water at 35 ° C and well. 7 for 30 min. Further processes and operations of dressing and dyeing are carried out according to method l. A decrease in the magnitude of the given optimal concentrations may lead to a deterioration in the quality of the degreasing, and an increase in the concentrations does not dramatically increase the degreasing ability, but increases the discharge. , toxic materials in wastewater.
The invention has been tested in semi-production conditions on whole sheepskins and comparative halves and has yielded positive results. In addition to eliminating the use of non-ionic surfactants, an improvement in the quality of hair coat has been achieved. The experienced halves had a cleaner, crumbly, uniformly colored hairline and softer, ductile leather fabric.
