4 The invention relates to the enrichment of minerals, mainly to the enrichment of finely ground fluorite products. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is the method of condensation of fluorite-containing products, including the introduction of flocculant and subsequent precipitation. Alkylhydroxamic acids containing 7–9 carbon atoms (IM-50) are used as flocculant. The use of this reagent makes it possible to extract fluorite metal-rich products from metal depletion, thereby increasing the CaF content and to make the material more favorable for subsequent enrichment, and also allows for fluorescent flotation of fluorite ore containing a large amount of minerals 1 low sedimentation rate. The purpose of the invention is to increase the deposition rate. This goal is achieved according to the method of thickening fluorite-containing products, including the introduction of flocculation and subsequent precipitation, in which an alkaline microbial fat emulsion is used as flocculation. Microbial fat is obtained from petroleum paraffins by microbiological tracing of hydrocarbons. The composition of microbial fat, wt.% .: glycerides 30-40; free fatty acids 10-30; phosphatides 20-30; uncleanable substances 10-15. A significant part of the fatty acids that make up the microbial fat is represented by C2 unsaturated fatty acids. The emulsion of microbial fat is 1 ton as follows. In a 5% alkali solution, microbial fat is treated, the concentration of the reagent in the emulsion is 3%, the emulsion is heated with live steam, and fed to the process in a hot form. The reagent is relatively inexpensive and non-toxic. The method is as follows. Ore, crushed to a grain size of 6070% of the class content — 0.074 mm, is processed by the collector — an emulsion of oleic acid, a liquid glass depressant and aluminum sulphate, is subjected to basic flotation and the first clean-up. The concentrate of the first cleaning is treated with an alkaline emulsion of microbial fat in the amount of 100-150 g / t. A reduction in the consumption of the microbial fat emulsion during the thickening process leads to a decrease in the sedimentation rate, and the bleaching of the drain is not observed. An increase in reagent consumption does not increase the deposition rate, adversely affecting the flotation process. Example. Finely ground ore with a fluorite content of 11.8%, calcite 12.5% is subjected to enrichment. Reagent consumption for flotation, g / t: Oleic acid 400 Liquid glass540 Aluminum sulphate550 Consumption of microbial fat emulsion for thickening - 100 g / t. For comparison, the condensation without flocculation and parallel with the known IM-50 flocculation is carried out in parallel. Consumption IM-50 for thickening - 100 g / t. Experimental data on the deposition of fluorite-containing products are given in the table.
