The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to the design of dies for the manufacture of fittings. A stamp for making crankshaft forgings is known, which contains upper and lower inserts with an engraving made in them, as well as ejectors 1. The disadvantage of the stamp is low accuracy and increased metal consumption. caused by warping of forgings and scrap metal in the obla. The closest to the proposed technical condition is a stamp for the manufacture of fittings containing upper and lower plates with lodging and deforming elements 2. The presence of fixed lodgments in the stamp does not ensure fixation of the workpiece before deformation and causes low accuracy of the products and increased consumption metal. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of products and reduce the consumption of metal. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the stamp for the manufacture of fittings containing the upper and lower plates with lodgments and deforming elements placed on them, the lodgments are set movably relative to the deforming elements and spring-loaded relative to their respective plates. The drawing shows the stamp, general view. zo Stamp consists of the top plate 1, rigidly fixed on it with the help of the holder 2 of the deforming elements 3, and also the cradle 4, which is mounted movably relative to the deforming elements and elastic elements 5 spring-loaded with the help of the upper plate 1. On the bottom plate 6 with the help holder 7 is rigidly fixed deforming elements 8, on which the cradle 9 is movably mounted, spring-loaded with the aid of elastic elements 10 relative to the bottom plate 6. The stamp works as follows. The original shaped billet 11 is laid with its base surfaces 12 on the lower cradle 9. When the press is running, the upper cradle 4 is lowered until it touches the lower cradle 9, after which the elastic elements 5 and 10 begin to contract, which ensure an exact fixation of the workpiece during subsequent deformation. The final deformation of the shaped elements 13 is carried out by the deforming elements 3 and 8 when the die is completely closed, when the lodgments 4 and 9 interact with the holders 2 and 7. When the press ram reverses under the action of the elastic elements 5 and 10, the lodgements 4 and 9 return to their original position while the stamped product remains on the lower lodgement 9. The invention, as compared with the basic object, provides for an increase in the accuracy of the products and, as a result, a reduction in metal consumption.
