The invention relates to medical technology, namely, devices for carrying out osteosynthesis, and can be used in the treatment of fractures of tubular bones, as well as fractures of the condylar process of the mandible. An intraosseous fixator for the treatment of fractures of tubular bones, made in the form of a titanium nickelide rod 1 is known. However, the known retainer is structurally complex, and the installation operation is traumatic. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the operation of osteosynthesis and reduce its trauma. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the intraosseous fixator made in the form of a titanium nickelide rod, the rod is made split longitudinally at least at one end. In addition, the other end of the rod is bent at a right angle. FIG. Figure 1 shows the intraosseous fixator with one longitudinally split end, side view and in working condition; in fig. 2 - the same, in the form of a rod, made split at both ends, side view and in working condition; in fig. 3 is the same, one end of which is bent at a right angle, and the other is made split, side view and in working condition. The intraosseous fixator contains a rod 1 made of titanium nickelide, with one split longitudinally split end 2 (Fig. 1). Moreover, the intraosseous fixative contains a rod 1 made of titanium nickelide with one split longitudinally split end 2 and another split longitudinally split end 3 (Fig. 2). In addition, the intraosseous fixative contains a rod 1 made of titanium nickelide with one longitudinally split end 3 and the other end 4 bent at a right angle (Fig. 3). The execution of the rod 1 and 3 of titanium nickelide, which has the effect of a thermomechanical memory, ensures the restoration of the originally specified shape of the rod 1 in the working state after preliminary deformation of the ends 2, 3 and 4 of the rod 1 at a temperature below -50 ° C. Osteosynthesis with a titanium nickelide fixator is performed as follows. In a periarticular fracture, for example, the distal end of the phalanx of the toe (Fig. 1), during the operation, the fracture site is exposed and with the help of a spine, the bone marrow canal of the proximal fragment is reamed and a depression is formed in the spongy substance of the distal (metaepiphyseal) bone south of; and) mka. (Corresponding to No ve, the 1st rod 1 of titanium iikelide with split end 2 (Fig. 1) is placed in the / stem with liquid nitrogen, where at a temperature of -196 ° C the petals are brought together (Fig. 1b). Then the rod 1 is transferred into the operative wound and immersed in an unsplit end in the bone marrow canal of the proximal fragment until it stops in the corresponding cortical articular plate (the needle can also be, for example, a Kirchner needle, held at the desired level). mcara The split end 2 of the rod 1 pulls in (distributes) the distal fragments and holds them for 15–20 s. During this time, due to the reverse phase transition occurring when the titanium nickelide is spontaneously heated to 37 ° C, the split KOHetj. i.e., the initial shape, its petals are moved apart to the sides, due to which the stability of the osteosynthesis is ensured (Fig. 1e) .In a double overhang, for example, the soft bone of the hand during surgery, the fracture sites are exposed, with the help of awl - brain channel tse neutral fragment, and in both periarticular fragments form depressions. Corresponding; the largest rod 1 of nickel titanium titanium with split ends 2, 3, (fig. 3 a) is placed in a tray with liquid nitrogen, where at a temperature of - 196 ° С with the help of cramping forceps the petals bring together ( Fig. 2 and). Then the rod is transferred to the operative brine and is passed through the bone marrow canal of the central fragment, and the PA protruding from the latter, the split ends of the rod pull (put on) the proximal and distal fragmentary fragments and hold them for 20-30 seconds. During this time, due to the reverse phase transition occurring during spontaneous heating of titanium nickelide to 37 ° C, the split ends of the rod take on a predetermined (i.e., initial) shape, the petals are moved apart, thereby ensuring the stability of the osteosynthesis (Fig 3 6. In case of fracture of the lower third of the diaphysis of the femur during the operation, the place of the fracture is exposed and, through an additional incision, the supracortal area of the femur is reamed with bone marrow through both fragments. not the rod 1 of nickelide titapa, one end 4 of which is bent under the right angle, and the other end 3 is spread (Fig. 3a), is placed in a tray with liquid nitrogen, where at a temperature with the help of crimps
