Способ позвол ет снизить продолжительность лечени в 2 раза по сравнению- с известными .: p The invention relates to medicine, in particular to methods for the treatment and prevention of acute pancreatitis. There is a method of treating acute pancreatitis, including external drainage of the main pancreatic duct with a catheter, followed by aspiration of pancreatic juice. Drainage of the pancreatic duct is carried out after laparotomy, intervention on the pancreas and large duodenal papilla. Temporary external abduction of pancreatic juice provides pancreatic decompression 1. However, drainage of the pancreatic duct is accomplished only by a process of complex and lengthy surgical interventions that are dangerous for the patient's life. The aim of the invention is to reduce trauma by eliminating laparotomy and shortening the treatment time. The goal is achieved by the method of treating acute pancreatitis, which includes external drainage of the main pancreatic duct with a catheter, followed by aspiration of pancreatic juice, drainage is performed by means of an endoscope, while the catheter is inserted through the large duodenal nipple into the pancreatic canal to a depth of 3-4 cm and the active aspiration of pancreatic juice is carried out for 30-JO minutes in the amount of 10-20 ml of it while creating a negative pressure of 0.5 kg / cm2. The method is as follows. in a way. Produce gastroduodenoscopy using fibroduodenoskop. A large duodenal papilla is located and a transparent catheter is inserted into the main pancreatic duct through the endoscope biopsy channel. The correctness of the position of the catheter is visually monitored by the color of the flowing secret. As a therapeutic measure, pancreatic juice is aspirated in an amount of 10-20 ml, which takes 30-50 minutes when creating a negative pressure of 0.5 kg / cm. This will reduce the pressure in the ducts of the pancreas, which quickly leads to the erasure of the acute process. The invention makes it possible to quickly arrest the acute process in the pancreas due to decompression in its ducts, and drainage with an endoscope eliminates complex surgical interventions, or eliminates more complex treatments using drug therapy such as intraarterial injection of enzyme inhibitors. In addition, it is possible to use the method in the treatment of very severe patients who are contraindicated for surgery. The method allows to reduce the duration of treatment by 2 times in comparison with the known ones.
