4 T The invention relates to a heat exchange technique in rotary kilns and can be used in the construction industry. A chain heat exchanger of a rotary kiln is known, which contains rods fixed inside the kiln along its axis, which are covered with closed chains in sections. In such a heat exchanger, in the upper position of the chain, the heats and along with the rods are heated with hot gases, and in the lower position of the chain they enter the material and give it heat, with the middle part of the chains lying on the rods, which prevents the ij granules from breaking. A disadvantage of the known heat exchanger is low heat exchange efficiency, since the rods are poorly heated by hot gases due to their close proximity to the body. Moreover, the gap between the furnace body and the rod can be smeared, which also reduces the heat exchange efficiency. The aim of the invention is to increase the heat exchange efficiency. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a chain heat exchanger of a rotary kiln containing chains and rods fixed by sections inside the kiln, each rods are equipped with circular supporting elements and freely placed between the chains of the section. In such a heat exchanger not only the chains, but also the rods The research institutes are well heated with hot gases, and the mobile fastening of the rods excludes their smearing. Figure 1 shows a furnace, an option with concentric chains connected to the furnace by radial arms) chain ezek (longitudinal section)} in Figure 2 is the same, option with sections of chains without rods when fastened with both of them to the furnace body ( without concentric chains); cross section. Inside the furnace 1, the following are attached: riic chains 2, which are strung on rods 3 with circular supporting elements 4. Extreme concentric chains 2 are fixed to the furnace body 1 by means of radial scraps of chains 5. Instead of concentric chains 2, chains 6 can be applied, which are attached at both ends to the furnace body 1. The dimensions of the rods 3 along the length are determined by thermal calculation, and their diameter is calculated by strength based on the weight of the chains 2. The diameter of the circular support elements 4 is determined from The conditions for not touching the chains 2 or 6 of the furnace body 1 mounted on the rods 3, excluding the destruction of material granules by them. They can be made in the form of discs or rings (rings are made to reduce the resistance to the passage of gases). The number of chains 2 and b is determined by the length of the rod 3 with the condition of their free location. The length of chains 2 is 0.95-0.6 the length of the furnace 1 circumference (the greater the resistance of chains 2 and,. Rods 3, the smaller the length of chains 2. - The length of the radial chains 5 is determined by the length of concentric chains 2 from the condition of contact of the supporting elements 4 in the lower position of housing 1. The number of chains 6 around the circumference is taken from 3 to 6 depending on the meter diameter of the furnace 1 (the larger the diameter of the furnace 1, the more chains 6}. The length of chains 6 is taken by 1.2-2 times the distance points of weight (the more heat-resistant material of chains b and rods 3, the greater the length of chains b /. The number of rods 3 in one OCp; ynKHocTit is determined from the condition that they are located close to the disks 4 on chains 2 or chains B. The heat exchanger works as follows: When the furnace 1 rotates, chain 2 and b with the rods 3 are heated in the upper position hot gases, and at the bottom they enter the material and give it heat. Moreover, the supporting elements 4 rest on the furnace body 1 and do not allow chains 2 to rest on the furnace body 1, which eliminates the destruction of the material. The use of a heat exchanger will increase the efficiency of heat exchange, since in the upper position of the chain 2 and b and the rods 3 are far from the furnace body 1 and heat up better. In addition, the space between the rods 3 and the furnace body 1 is stuck. This saves fuel.
