Description
The proposed method relates to the preparation of emulsifying mineral oils, oxidized in the usual way, in the presence of catalysts, blowing air or other oxygen-containing gas, and fatty acids or dry fat, or high molecular weight sulfonic acids. After mixing the oxidized oils with added fat or sulphonic acids, a further operation is to neutralize the acids, which must be done so that, first, the mineral oil emulsion with the soaps do not break, and, second, the full saponification of the free fat acids, but also lactones, which are always present in fatty acids obtained by oxidation of petroleum or mineral oils. Saponification of fatty acids obtained by the oxidation of an oil into mixtures with added fats, fatty acids or sulfonic acids, under the above conditions, as directed by the inventor, is best carried out with technically anhydrous alcoholic alkali, obtained by dissolving solid caustic sodium or potassium in 92–9 5 / alcohol, and after saponification, the excess alcohol is distilled off in the usual way. In some
ТЯЮТ сто ть при температуре 40 - 50 С до полного омылени .In cases of this, saponification can be carried out with dry soda or potash with thorough mixing and after the reaction between soda and fatty acids or sulphonic acids has passed, a sour potassium or sodium alcohol solution is mixed thoroughly into the saponification of lactopols, after which STAY. Stand at a temperature of 40 - 50 ° C until complete saponification.
To 100 parts of oxidized petroleum oil beats. a weight of 0.890, containing 15 ° / o acids, adds 15 parts of fat-rich KIS10T sunflower oil; after thorough mixing, the solution of fatty acids in the oxidized oil is neutralized with sodium hydroxide solution in the bottom. Neutralization is done in the usual way with an indicator. Excess alcohol is distilled off.
Example 2. 100 parts of oxidized oil feed. 1 payment beats. the weights of 0.890 containing acids are mixed with 15 parts of sulfonic acids, known as „contact; after obtaining a homogeneous solution, the oxidized oil containing sulphonic acids is mixed, when heated to 60-70 ° C, with 10 parts of finely ground soda ash. After the neutralization of sulphonic acids and fatty acids with soda is completed, a solution of a base liquor is added to the saponification of lactones by thorough mixing, and the amount of the base alkali is determined by analysis.
п.Preparations obtained by the above-described methods can be used in those areas where so-called water-soluble mineral oils are used, for example, on automatic turning and drilling machines instead of soapy water, while oiling the wool, cutting the fabrics of the like.
