00 7,. The invention relates to the mining industry, namely to hydraulic shock mechanisms of drilling machines. The hydrostatic percussion mechanism of a drilling machine is known, which includes a housing, a hydroaccumulator, a sleeve, a piston cylinder and a distribution unit 1. The closest to the present invention is a hydrostatic percussion mechanism of a drilling machine, including a housing, a hydroaccumulator, a sleeve and containing a two-position spring-loaded spool with a control chamber and control intermittently communicating with the idling chamber, the distribution unit located in the bore of the piston –brick, the channels of which continuously communicate the interstitial chamber a spool with a working stroke chamber and periodically with an idling chamber and a drain cavity 2. However, the reliability of operation of these devices decreases when the working fluid supply required for drilling is reduced. The purpose of the invention is to improve the reliability of the percussion mechanism during drilling. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a hydrostatic percussion mechanism of a drilling machine, including a housing, a hydroaccumulator, a sleeve and a two-position spring-loaded spool with a control chamber and a control channel periodically communicated with the idling chamber, a distribution unit located in the piston bore, the channels of which continuously communicate the intergass chamber of the spool with the working stroke chamber and periodically with the idling chamber and the drain cavity, the distribution unit is fitted with a sleeve, installed axially displaced between the spool and the spring, and the piston ram is provided with an additional channel for periodically communicating the control chamber with the drain cavity, while the working stroke chamber is located between the drain cavity and the idling chamber. FIG. 1 shows the proposed hydrostatic: impact mechanism, longitudinal section; ya fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 is a section BB in FIG. one; in fig. 4 - hydraulic scheme of the percussion mechanism. The hydrostatic percussion mechanism consists of the body 1, in which the tool 2 is placed, the sleeve 3 and the piston hammer 4, including the head 5 with the jacket 6 pressed on its rod part, and the removable piston 7. The distribution unit in the form of a two-position slide valve 8 with a spring 9 and a sleeve 10 installed between them. Porschen-firing pin 4 forms with the sleeve 3 an idling chamber 11 permanently connected to the pressure line of the hydraulic system 12, a working stroke chamber 13 and a drain cavity 14 permanently connected to the hydraulic line drain line 15. The device has an accumulator 16. The spool 8 forms piston-brisk 4 control chambers 17 and intersearch 18. Pressure piston channels 19, system of working channels 20, drain channel 21, connecting the spool chamber of the spool with the working stroke chamber and periodically with the idle chamber and drain cavity, An additional channel 22 for periodically communicating the control chamber with only a drain cavity and control channel 23 for periodically communicating the control chamber with the idle chamber only. The device works as follows. When the pump is turned on, the pressurized fluid enters simultaneously into the pressure accumulator accumulator 16 and into the idling chamber 11, moving the firing pin 4 to the right and expelling the liquid from the working stroke chamber 13 to drain through the working channels 20, interstitial chamber 18, drain channel 21 and drain cavity 14. When the piston-bolster moves to the right, there comes a moment when channel 22 cuts off from drain cavity 14, and channel 23 connects with idle chamber 11, as a result of which liquid under pressure begins to flow into chamber 17, and the spool takes the first position, connecting the system of working channels 20 and the chamber of working stroke 13 with the pressure of the hydraulic system through the system of pressure channels 19 and the interstitial chamber 18. Thereafter, under the pressure of fluid flowing from the pump and hydroaccumulator to the working chamber 13 through the chamber 11, channels 19, chamber 18 and channels 20, the firing piston is first braked and then accelerated toward tool 2 before colliding with it. During this period, the valve is kept in the right position by the force of inertia of its mass and the fluid pressure in the interstitial chamber 18, and the sleeve 10 keeps the spring in a compressed state, with the weight of the sleeve and the spring force chosen so that the sleeve is shifted to the right relative to the spool by some distance When the piston collides with the shank of the tool 2, the valve moves to the left position under the action of the inertial force of the movement, and the liquid is displaced from the inter-chamber chamber into the hydraulic accumulator 16.
