Abstract

СПОСОБ ИЗГОТОВЛЕНИЯ МЕШОЧНОЙ БУМАГИ, включающий размол сульфатной небеленой целлюлозы, введение проклеивающего реагента в массу и отлив бумажного полбтна, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью снижени  себестоимости бумаги при одновременном повышении прочности ее, в качестве проклеивающего реагента используют последрожжевую бражку - отход гидролизного производства, в количестве 3-7% от массы абсолютно сухого волокна .A method of manufacturing bag paper, including grinding sulphate unbleached pulp, introducing a sizing agent into the mass and pouring paper into half, characterized by the fact that, in order to reduce the cost of paper while simultaneously increasing its strength, a post-fermented batch is used as a sizing reagent - it is a waste of recycled paper, which is used to increase the strength of the paper; the amount of 3-7% by weight of absolutely dry fiber.

Description

The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry, in particular to the manufacture of sack paper. There is a known method for the manufacture of sack paper, including grinding the sulphate unbleached pulp; 1 pulp, the introduction of a sizing agent into the mass and the flow of the paper web 1. However, scarce and expensive rosin is used as a sizing reagent. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the cost of paper while increasing its strength. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of manufacturing paper paper, including grinding sulphate unbleached pulp, cc, eating a sizing reagent into the mass and pouring out a paper web, as a sizing reagent and using post-yeast mash from; % by weight of absolutely dry fiber. To produce paper, non-bleached sulphate cellulose from Novolinsky pulp and paper mill and the post-harvest ferment of the Lobvinsky hydrolysis plant and the fodder yeast fodder yeast production shop were used as the fibrous cellulose-containing material: mg 02 / l 12000-16000 Suspended bodies 1570-2830 substances, mg / l Example. In a pulp containing 100% sulphate pulp, ground until, with continuous stirring, a post-yeast mash is introduced in an amount of 3-7% by weight of absolutely dry matter and the mass is drained. The obtained castings are subjected to mechanical tests, the results of which are shown in the table.
