Целью изобретени вл етс повышение степени проклейки и механической прочности готового материала.The aim of the invention is to increase the degree of sizing and mechanical strength of the finished material.
Сущность изобретени заключаетс в том, что при способе изготовлени бумаги и картона, включающем размол волокнистого целлюлозосодержащего полуфабриката, проклейку массы лигнинсодержащим продуктом и отлив полотна, в качестве лигнин- содержащего продукта используют лигносульфонат - отход от варки целлюлозы на натриевом основании в количестве 1-5% с последующим осаждением его на волокнах по и-М-триметиламмоний-этилметак- рилатметилсульфатом (флокул нт флокатонThe essence of the invention is that in the method of making paper and paperboard, including grinding a fibrous cellulose-containing semi-finished product, sizing the mass of a lignin-containing product and casting a sheet, as a lignin-containing product, use lignosulfonate — waste from cooking pulp on a sodium base in 1% followed by its precipitation on fibers by i-M-trimethylammonium-ethylmethacrylate methyl sulfate (floc-nt flocaton
К-100) в количестве 0,1-0,5% от массы абсолютно сухого волокна.K-100) in an amount of 0.1-0.5% by weight of absolutely dry fiber.
Используемый лигносульфонат вл етс отходом сульфитной варки целлюлозы на натриевом основании и представл ет собой криополимер лигнина, содержащий 50,1% сухих веществ, 17,7% минеральных веществ, 82,3% органических веществ.The lignosulfonate used is a waste sulphite pulping on a sodium base and is a lignin cryopolymer containing 50.1% solids, 17.7% minerals, 82.3% organic matter.
The deposition of lignosulfonate produces flocculant flocaton K-100, which is a poly-M-trimethylammonium-ethyl methacrylate methyl sulfate and is a gel-like mass from light gray to brown color with a water content of not more than 65% and viscosity not less than 2, 0dl / g.
Добавка катионного флокул нта фло- катона К-100 в количестве 0,1-0,5% измен ет электрокинетический потенциал компонентов массы, приближа его к нулевому значению .The addition of cationic flocculant flocone K-100 in an amount of 0.1-0.5% changes the electrokinetic potential of the mass components, bringing it to zero.
