00 SP) O) The invention relates to technological equipment for preparing microwires for installation and can be used in radio-electronic, boron-building and electrical parts of industry. Known hand tools for electrical work, made in the form of tongs with two jaws attached to the ends of the leaf springs and carrying knives for stripping, containing a thrusting BHBTJ IJ However, this tool does not provide good stripping of the insulation with wires with a diameter less than 0.1 mm due to the inability to set the distance between the knives, taking into account the possible. fluctuations in insulation thicknesses. The closest to the invention according to the technical essence and the achieved result is tweezers for stripping insulation from microwires, which contains two spring-loaded cheeks, one of which is equipped with an adjusting screw, with elements for stripping insulation C2 attached to the end of the cheeks. However, the design of a known pincer does not provide a complete and high-quality stripping of the insulation from the microwires, since a precise setting of the distance between the stripping elements does not ensure their uniform effect on the wire. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of wire processing due to the uniform effect of stripping elements on the wire. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a hand-held tool for stripping insulation from microwires, containing two interconnected spring-loaded cheeks, one of which is equipped with an adjusting screw, and stripping elements, each of the cheeks sleeps with an additional flat spring installed at its end , with the elements for stripping attached to the ends of the additional springs. FIG. 1 shows a hand tool, a general view; fig 2 is the same side view. The manual isolation tool contains spring-loaded cheeks 1 connected between sobons; an adjusting screw 2 is installed at the end of one of them. Flat springs 3 are fixed at the ends of the cheeks with disc-shaped elements attached to them for stripping 4. The abrasive elements can be cleaned circles f, sandpaper, diamond grains, metal or carbide discs with a small notch. Operate as a hand-held tool as follows. Pre-set the instrument to remove the insulation from the wires of a certain cross section, i.e. with moderately compressed cheeks 1, the adjusting screw 2 exposes a gap equal to the diameter of the wire with a small minus tolerance. In this case, the surfaces of the cutting elements 4 assume a position close to parallel. The wire is placed between the stripping elements, squeezing the cheeks above the position of the adjusting screw 2 until the wire is squeezed and moving along the axis of the wire removes the insulation from different sides, and you can hold the tool at any angle to the axis of the wire. When positioned to the cheeks, a force smaller than during adjustment will not be removed, since the gap between the stripping elements is larger than the wire cross section. If the cheeks are squeezed harder than when adjusting, then due to the spring properties of the jaws with the jaws and the adjusting screw located below the point of application of force and playing the role of support, the working jaws with stripping elements are consumed, which prevents the wire from breaking. The effectiveness of the proposed hand tool design is that a constant load on the wire is maintained even when the size of the insulation layer or the angle varies. tilt tool to the axis of the wire. Thus, it is possible, without changing the initial adjustment, to remove the insulation without damaging the wire, work at any angle, and use the tool in hard-to-reach places.
