100 OS 1 The invention relates to a technologist soldering glass with a metal used in the electronic and radio industry, and can be used to seal a metal glass assembly made of aluminum and its alloys without the use of solder and special metal surface treatment. Known dielectric matter including, weight: 50 - 85 0.5 - 50 5 - 35 2 - 6 0.5 -. 6 Cr 0.5-5 This material is used to isolate metallic elements in pin and flat packages of integrated circuits, as well as to make multilayer structures to. The disadvantage of this material is high melting point and + 0-Y50S. The closest to the invention in terms of composition is glass for melting with metal 21, including weight.1: Pi Or Al. O. However, this glass is characterized by low mechanical strength, which leads to the destruction of the aluminum alloy when heated above. 132 The purpose of the invention is to increase the mechanical strength. The goal is achieved by the fact that the glass for soldering to the metal, including, BaO,, LigO, CuO, Co, additionally contains TiOj. The following ratio of components, wt .: The material obtained is uniformly crystallized throughout the volume, which contributes to an increase in mechanical strength. Soldering is performed at temperatures not exceeding 5bos. The glass for the glass-ceramic material is cooked in a fuel oil stove in one-liter quartz crucibles for 40 minutes. When the glass melt is cast, the material crystallizes. Annealing of castings is carried out at 300 ° C. The synthesized glass-ceramic material is brazed with aluminum alloys of the grades A5, AD1, AB, AMts D1b, A9 in an electric muffle furnace at 5 ° C in air atmosphere for 15 minutes. To do this, use glass in the form of degreased monolithic pieces and degreased plates and / vinium alloys. The compositions of glasses proposed 1-3 and known -6 for glass-ceramic materials and their properties are presented in Tables 1 and 2. Table 1
1Continued table. one
The described glass-ceramic material makes it possible to double the modulus of normal elasticity, which contributes to improving the reliability and performance properties of glass-glass junctions.
The use of the invention will allow to replace the scarce and expensive cobalt containing alloys used in plug-in connectors with cheap aluminum alloys
Это обсто тельство особенно важно дл внутренних приборов автономных подвижных объектов, например летательных аппарато&.It also facilitates the weight of the structure. This circumstance is especially important for the internal devices of autonomous mobile objects, such as aircraft &.
The estimated economic effect of the introduction of glass in the electronics industry will be about
0.25 million rubles per year, and according to the national economy with a maximum implementation of about 1 million rubles. in year.
