The i / / / m invention relates to a sealing technique. According to the main author. St. No. 276628 is known piston, made in the form of; two identical annular parts with protrusions and depressions at the ends, and the protrusions of one of them are combined with the depressions of the other. The piston ring is provided with a tag-shaped expander in the form of a coil spring, which is mounted between the ring parts and supported on each protrusion C. D A disadvantage of the known construction of the piston ring is that there is no fixed position in the expander. This leads to a deterioration in the oil release capacity of the piston ring. If the distance between the inner ends of a known piston ring is equal to the diameter of the spring, then when the ring is working, the spring, when released, will wedge the ring parts and thereby distort them. If this distance is greater than the spring diameter (according to the well-known construction), then having the opportunity to move within the gap, the spring will simultaneously put pressure on the root of the protrusion of one ring part and the lower end of the other protrusion, which also leads to their distortion and deterioration capacity of the device as a whole. In any of these cases, the annular parts, which are not connected in the axial direction, can move freely within the gap of the piston groove, which leads to their intensive wear and loss of oil-spraying ability of the piston ring. The purpose of the invention is to increase the low-scraping capacity of the piston ring. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the piston ring on the author. St. No. 276628 in the protrusions of both ring parts there are grooves that form an intermittent annular groove for the expander with the placement. FIG. 1 shows a scan on the inner surface of the annular parts of the piston ring; in FIG. 2 722, section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 section bb in figure 1; on fig.porshnevoy ring, section in akionome Triya. The piston ring consists (1) of 1 and the bottom 2 ring parts, between which there is a tangential expander 3, made in the form of a helical spring. The ring parts 1 and 2 on the side of facing each other contain a string 1 between the depressions k and the protrusions S, the width of the depressions being somewhat larger than the width of the projections 5, and forming an assembled gap, the size of which is determined by the conditions of the oil drain. In the protrusions 5 (FIGS. 2 and 3) of the ring parts 1 and 2, grooves 6 are made, which lie in the assembled piston ring in the same horizontal plane and form a discontinuous circular curvilinear groove for the expander 3. The profile and parameters of the slots 6 are chosen such that the expander 3 could not bulge axially in one place, form a single wave of bulging, and would bulge to form a uniform wave-like, sinusoidal, curve, thereby maintaining a uniform radial pressure distribution along the circumference. It is most expedient to choose for grooves 6 a profile formed by a circle whose diameter is larger than the spring diameter of the expander 3 ″ and the width of the groove 6 is less than the height of the ring part 1 or 2 so that it does not cut its ends. When assembling the ring, the protrusions 5 of one part enter into the troughs t the other, the goy. In this case, there is a gap between them around the circumference, the size of which is determined by the conditions of the oil drain and is 0.2-0.4: from the width of the protrusion. Such a design of the piston ring makes it possible to limit the axial movement of the ring parts within the required limits, fix the expander in the desired place and, thus, eliminate the wedging effect. The technical and economic effect from the use of the invention is to improve the oil-discharge ratio of the piston ring, which allows -. It does not reduce the consumption of crankcase oil for waste.
