Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на первой ступени используют катализатор молярного состава CuO·0,7ZnO·(0,7-1,5)AlO, а процесс ведут при температуре 220-455°С и на второй ступени используют низкотемпературный катализатор конверсии окиси углерода, а процесс ведут при температуре 221-276°С.1.
