The invention relates to the field of metallurgy of rare metals, and specifically to methods for processing molybdenum waste. A method for processing metal scrap (tin, aluminum, chromium, molybdenum) in an electrolyte containing sodium chloride and sodium carbonate is currently known. The electrolyte contains 25-75% sodium chloride and 25-75% sodium carbonate. The method is applicable to various types of metal waste. However, it does not allow to achieve a high rate of dissolution of molybdenum waste; it is characterized by high sludge formation and low output by the anode current. Also known is a method of processing molybdenum waste, including anodic dissolving them in an electrolyte containing sodium chloride 23. This method is the closest to that proposed for technical dryness and the achieved positive result. The disadvantages of this method are low process speed, current efficiency and high sludge formation. The aim of the invention is to increase the speed of the process, the current efficiency and the reduction in the formation of mud. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the method of processing molybdenum waste, which includes anodic solution in electrolyte containing sodium chloride, according to the invention, dissolution is carried out with the introduction of ammonium chloride in the amount of 5-20 g / l at anode current density O, 25- Oh, 5 A / cm. The essence of the method lies in the fact that the electrochemical dissolution of metallic molybdenum waste is carried out in a solution of sodium chloride with the addition of ammonium chloride in the amount of 5-2O g / l at a current density of 0.25-0.5 A / cm and a process duration of 1-2 hours The presence of an ammonium group contributes to an increase in the electrolytic dissolution of molybdenum. Due to the formation of popimolates, which is not typical of sodium cations under acceptable electrolysis conditions. Example. Waste plates and metal molybdenum grades with a molybdenum content of 99.9% were used for the experiments. The metal molybdenum bead (or plate), which serves as the anode, was transferred into an electrolytic bath, in which the plate was made of black steel, and the electrolyte was a solution salt concentration of 10O g / l with the addition of ammonium chloride 10 g / l. The voltage on the bath was maintained at 4 V, and the anode current density was maintained. 0.25 A / cm. 1 SS The table shows the results of anodic dissolution of metallic molybdenum waste under the boundary conditions of the process, for comparison, the results obtained for the prototype conditions are given. As can be seen from the table, the dissolution of waste in the electrolyte of sodium chloride with the addition of ammonium chloride makes it possible to drastically increase the dissolution rate of the anode - by 40-5O%, reduce sludge formation from 25-30% to 1O-12%, and increase the anode current output by 30- 4% The introduction of the proposed technology at UzKTZHM instead of the existing technology will reduce the scheme of recycling, reduce reagent consumption and increase metal recovery, which is 200-ZOO rub. per 1 ton of waste.
