Terazzo. At present, products based on cement, silica sand and crushed stone, granite or marble are commonly known in the field of construction and stonework, such as e.g. Now.
Polymémym spojivom je redispergovateľný polymémy prášok z polyvinylacetátu alebo kopolyméry polyvinylacetátu.RU 2739910 C1 is known in the prior art, which describes a polymer-cement dry construction mixture which contains Portland cement, a polymeric binder, sand, glass fiber and a modifier. The polymeric binder is a redispersible polyvinyl acetate polymer powder or polyvinyl acetate copolymers.
Taktiež z dokumentu CN 112063160 A je známy dvojzložkový rýchlo tvrdnúci plastový cement, kde prvou zložkou je polyéterpolyol, vytvrdzovacie činidlo, povrchovo hydroxylovaný modifikovaný parafín, zahusťovadlo a pevné plnivo. Druhou zložkou je polyéterpolyol, katalyzátor, zosieťovacie činidlo, parafín modifikovaný povrchovou hydroxylovou skupinou, zahusťovadlo a pevná látka. Do týchto dvoch zložiek sa zavádza parafín s určitým obsahom hydroxylu. Also known from CN 112063160 A is a two-component fast-setting plastic cement, where the first component is a polyether polyol, a curing agent, a surface hydroxylated modified paraffin, a thickener and a solid filler. But none of these products is suitable for creating floor screeds.
The problem of cement mixtures, which has not yet been fully explored, has evoked at present the design of a cement mixture composition that would enable the ecological use and consumption of plastic waste. The result of this effort is the dry cement-plastic screed mixture described in this technical solution.
Podstata technického riešeniaThe essence of the technical solution
The mentioned problem of cement screed mixtures is solved by the proposed dry mixture of cement-plastic screed according to the technical solution. The essence of the technical solution lies in the fact that, depending on its composition, it contains crushed plastics, preferably which cannot be further recycled. It is possible to use plastics of all kinds with a fraction of 1 mm to 20 mm, possibly also a higher fraction, or chopped plastic strips, except for plastic pellets. It is also cement, e.g. Portland gray or white with a strength of 32.5 MPa to 52.5 MPa, silica sand with a fraction of 0.2 mm to 0.8 mm, powder superplasticizer with a density of 10/40 based on melamine-formaldehyde resin, gravel with a fraction of 0/4 and microsilicate SiO 2 . This dry mixture of cement-plastic sweat can be packaged e.g. into paper bags and at the point of use it is only mixed with water.
Podstatu technického riešenia doplňuje aj percentuálne zastúpenie jednotlivých zložiek suchej zmesi cementovo-plastového poteru. Suchá zmes cementovo-plastového poteru obsahuje:The essence of the technical solution is complemented by the percentage of individual components of the dry mixture of cement-plastic screed. The dry mixture of cement-plastic screed contains:
- 18 % hmotn. až 24 % hmotn. plastovej drviny- 18% by weight up to 24 wt. plastic crumb
- 20 % hmotn. až 26 % hmotn. portlandského cementu 32,5 CEMI- 20 wt. up to 26 wt. of Portland cement 32.5 CEMI
- 20 % hmotn. až 26 % hmotn. kremičitého piesku s frakciou 0,2 až 0,8 mm- 20 wt. up to 26 wt. silica sand with a fraction of 0.2 to 0.8 mm
- 2,7 % hmotn. až 3,1 % hmotn. superplastifikátora s hustotou 10/40 na báze melaminformaldehydovej živice- 2.7% by weight up to 3.1 wt. superplasticizer with a density of 10/40 based on melamine-formaldehyde resin
- 2,0 % hmotn. až 2,7 % hmotn. mikrosilikátu SiO2 - 2.0 wt. up to 2.7 wt. of SiO 2 microsilicate
- štrk s frakciou 0/4 v doplnkovom množstve do 100 % hmotn. zmesi.- gravel with fraction 0/4 in an additional amount up to 100% by weight mixtures.
The advantages of the dry cement-plastic sweat mixture according to the technical solution are obvious from its effects, which are manifested externally. The effects and originality lie in its unique composition, where the goal is to save costs by using a cheap input raw material - plastic waste, as well as reduce the weight of the final product. An indisputable benefit is the fact that the screeds of this cementitious plastic mixture look like terrazzo. Such an effect is achieved by replacing marble crumb with plastic waste crumb, which reduces costs by up to 80%. According to the technical solution, screeds made of cement-plastic mixture leave a lower carbon footprint and at the same time the problem with one of the most difficult to recycle plastic waste is solved. Decades of degraded plastic, even when exposed to sunlight, can be processed in this way. Adding plastic crumb gives the sweat its surface structure, mosaic and adding silica sand gives the screed stiffness.
