Doterajší stav technikyCurrent state of the art

Currently, products based on cement, silica sand and crushed stone, granite or marble are commonly known in the field of construction and stonework, such as terrazzo.

In the state of the art, the document RU 2739910 C1 is known, in which a polymer-cement dry construction mixture is described, which contains Portland cement, a polymer binder, sand, glass fiber and a modifier. The polymer binder is a redispersible polymer powder made of polyvinyl acetate or polyvinyl acetate copolymers.

Taktiež z dokumentu CN 112063160 A je známy dvojzložkový rýchlo tvrdnúci plastový cement, kde prvou zložkou je polyéterpolyol, vytvrdzovacie činidlo, povrchovo hydroxylovaný modifikovaný parafín, zahusťovadlo a pevné plnivo. Druhou zložkou je polyéterpolyol, katalyzátor, zosieťovacie činidlo, parafín modifikovaný povrchovou hydroxylovou skupinou, zahusťovadlo a pevná látka. Do týchto dvoch zložiek sa zavádza parafín s určitým obsahom hydroxylu. Also from the document CN 112063160 A, a two-component fast-hardening plastic cement is known, where the first component is a polyether polyol, a curing agent, a surface hydroxylated modified paraffin, a thickener and a solid filler. But none of the listed products is suitable for creating floor screeds.

The issue of cement mixtures, which has not been fully researched so far, evoked the idea of designing such a composition of cement mixture, which would make it possible to use and consume plastic waste in an ecological way. The result of these efforts is the dry mix cement-plastic screed described in this invention.

Podstata vynálezuThe essence of the invention

The mentioned problem of cement screed mixtures is solved by the proposed dry cement-plastic screed mixture according to the invention. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that, according to the composition, it contains crushed plastics, preferably, which cannot be further recycled. It is possible to use plastics of all kinds with a fraction of 1 mm to 20 mm, or even a higher fraction, or chopped plastic strips, except for plastic pellets. Furthermore, it is cement, e.g. Portland gray or white with a strength of 32.5 Mpa to 52.5 Mpa, silica sand with a fraction of 0.2 mm to 0.8 mm, powdered superplasticizer with a density of 10/40 based on melamine formaldehyde resin, gravel with a fraction of 0/4 and microsilicate SiO2. This dry mixture of cement-plastic screed can be packaged e.g. into paper bags and just mix it with water at the point of use.

Podstatu vynálezu doplňuje aj percentuálne zastúpenie jednotlivých zložiek suchej zmesi cementovo-plastového poteru. Suchá zmes cementovo-plastového poteru obsahuje:The essence of the invention is complemented by the percentage representation of the individual components of the dry mixture of cement-plastic screed. The dry mixture of cement-plastic screed contains:

- 18 % hmotn. až 24 % hmotn. plastovej drviny,- 18% wt. up to 24% wt. plastic waste,

- 20 % hmotn. až 26 % hmotn. portlandského cementu 32,5 CEM I,- 20% wt. up to 26% wt. Portland cement 32.5 CEM I,

- 20 % hmotn. až 26 % hmotn. kremičitého piesku s frakciou 0,2 až 0,8 mm,- 20% wt. up to 26% wt. silica sand with a fraction of 0.2 to 0.8 mm,

- 2,7 % hmotn. až 3,1 % hmotn. superplastifikátora s hustotou 10/40 na báze melamínformaldehydovej živice,- 2.7% wt. up to 3.1% wt. superplasticizer with a density of 10/40 based on melamine formaldehyde resin,

- 2,0 % hmotn. až 2,7 % hmotn. mikrosilikátu SO2,- 2.0% wt. up to 2.7% wt. microsilicate SO2,

- štrk s frakciou 0/4 v doplnkovom množstve do 100 % hmotn. zmesi.- gravel with a fraction of 0/4 in an additional amount up to 100% by weight. mixtures.

The advantages of the dry mixture of cement-plastic screed according to the invention are obvious from its effects, which are manifested externally. The effects and originality lie in its unique composition, where the goal is to save costs by using a cheap input raw material - plastic waste, as well as reducing the weight of the final product. An indisputable benefit is the fact that screeds made of this cement-plastic mixture look like terrazzo. Such an effect is achieved by replacing marble crumb with plastic waste crumb, which reduces costs by up to 80%. The screeds from the cement-plastic mixture according to the invention leave a lower carbon footprint and at the same time solve the problem of one of the most difficult to recycle plastic waste. Even decades-old degraded plastic can be processed in this way, even if exposed to sunlight. The addition of plastic crumb gives the screed its surface structure, mosaic, and the addition of silica sand gives the screed rigidity.
