Description

Technical field

The invention relates to a film release agent, in particular a shrinking food film.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

There are known solutions for simply grasping the outer end of the thin wrapping film wrapped in a roll stored in the container and for pulling the film out of the container.

For example, from JP 2000006962 there is known a container for a food packaging foil formed of a bottom part and hinged thereon by a lid attached thereto. The exit edge of the film on the front wall of the bottom of the cartridge is provided with a semicircular cutout located in the center of the exit edge. In use, the lid is opened first, and while the container with the roll of wrapping film is held with one hand, the thumb of the other hand is placed over the opening to press the central portion of the wrapping film against the edge of the opening. After loosening the outer end of the wrapping film, the film is clamped between the thumb and forefinger of the hand, pulled out of the cartridge and torn off the tear-off edge of the lid. Thus, the packaging film cannot be damaged by the nail or the like since the exit edge with the cut-out is hidden by the closed lid of the cartridge.

The solution according to JP2003095254 is realized on a similar principle. It is a container for plastic foil for food packaging with the foil dispensing in the side wall of the container. The cartridge has a lifting strip in the middle of the side wall which is separated from the wall by a U-shaped cutting line. The strip is formed as a lever, pivotable by pulling on the lower edge of the strip around the upper end of the strip connected to the side wall, whose connection forms the pivot point of the lever. The fingertip of the user's hand is placed on the back of the strip and rotated upward to form a film release, partially overlapping the strip.

US 5630563 discloses a hand-operated device for dispensing a selected strip length from a roll. The device has an upper and a lower part, a rotatably coupled measuring mechanism, and is provided on the outside with a grooved portion for gripping the user's hands. The flanges of both parts define a small front gap in which the outer end of the foil can be easily gripped and by which the outer end of the foil can be pulled out of the container. When the user has pulled out sufficient material length, he squeezes the metering mechanism to stop further rotation of the film roll. At the front edge of the lower part of the device there is a trimming device by which the stretched length of the film can be separated. The free outer edge of the wound foil then remains in the front gap, which can be easily gripped at any time.

WO 9747444 discloses a dispenser for dispensing wound paper products. The reservoir consists of two rotatably arranged parts fixed to each other by a friction connection. The flange of the upper part is provided with a central cut-out, the lower part then with an opening for hanging the dispenser and a cutting edge. The cut in the flange of the upper part and the flange of the bottom create an outlet slot, the edges of the flanges of both parts on both sides of the slot then, when the two parts are pressed against each other, the friction connection of the two parts. The drawn film is torn off, its outer edge remaining accessible in the slot.

All these devices are connected to the film containers, they are not separate and do not serve to find the end, but rather to grip the end of the film.

From CN 2156163 Y there is known a release of a thin adhesive tape from a roll and comprises a flat body attachable by means of toothed side parts to the roll. The widened central portion of the body is provided with upwardly directed cutting teeth at one edge and an opening for releasing and lifting the incomplete tip of the broken end of the adhesive tape at the other edge. This device makes it easy to locate and remove the broken end of the adhesive tape by peeling it so that the broken end of the tape is flush.

The device is useful for locating and releasing the end of the adhesive tape. Also, this device cannot simply be used with food film rolls to locate and release the outer end of the film. A device for releasing the end of the shrinking food film from the roll of the film is not known.

The only option is to manually locate the end of the foil, manually remove it and then use the foil to wrap the food.

The essence of the technical solution

These drawbacks are overcome by the proposed technical solution, which is a shrink film release, in particular for food packaging, formed by a cylindrical body with a gap between the two longitudinal ends of the body. The release is simply elaborated, hand-operated and allows the end of the plastic food foil to be released quickly and reliably.

Example of technical solution

The shrink film release wrapper 1 is a cylindrical body with a gap or spacing between the two longitudinal ends of the body having rounded edges. It is made of one type of flexible material with a hardness in the range of 30 to 90 Shore A. The inner side 3 of the release 1 has a matt roughened surface. The release 1 further comprises protrusions 2 at the edges of both transverse ends bent outwardly from the outside of the release body 1 to define an exterior surface for easy gripping of the release 1 by hand. In one corner of the release 1 there is an opening 4 for hanging. The release 1 is mounted on the roll of shrink film, easily pressed by hand to contact the film, and two-way circular motion along the entire length of the film roll is found and released by the rough surface of the inner side 3 and the release 1.

Industrial usability

The release according to the invention is useful in many sectors of packaging products in thin wound films, but in particular for releasing the ends of the shrinking food film for food packaging.
